Yes, a double update is in order....

Of all of the people to catch you-
It had to be your dumb cat.
I mean, you loved animals, cats included but your cat..... was evil.
This thing took every chance it could get to pee on your bed, or scratch your curtains to shreds, and somehow rip the pages out of your books.
And this was literal proof it was a devil or something, because you can't open a book and rip out pages without thumbs. Or at least you thought.
So as you crept down the stairs, and reached for the keys to the car, you were barely surprised when you caught the flash of green eyes in the corner of your vision.
"Morty." You hissed at the hairless cat. "Go back up stairs."
The cat didn't move, just flashed his teeth at you, which you thought was his version of a smile.
You didn't breathe. You knew anything could set this cat off, because for some reason he hated you.
Right back at ya, you stupid feline.
Morty looked up at you, and you could almost see the soullessness in his eyes. You knew what he was going to do, even if he didn't know himself.
The cat threw back his head, about to cause a commotion.
"Wait! Morty, don't! I'll give you a bag of fish." The cat looked unimpressed. "Mice? I'll let you sleep on my bed for a week, just don't-"
You guessed that still wasn't enough, because Morty howled loudly, piercing the quiet.
You heard rapid foot steps, and then-
"Y/N M/N L/N, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Your mom yelled from the top of the stairs. Your dad was standing beside her, looking just as angry.
You turned to glare at your cat, but he had already scampered off.

So I'm definitely putting myself on a better sleeping schedule, because that's the whole reason why I missed my update yesterday.

I was tired.

I was sleep deprived. Which is the lamest reason ever, but I'm lame so I guess it fits.
