You would think by now I would know the order of the ninja in these scenarios.

"I don't understand." Zane said, scratching absently at the red marks on his arm. "I am not human. How did I get chicken pox?"
"I don't know." You said, swatting his hand away. "But if you keep scratching its going to scar."
"But-"
"No. No scratching."
Zane frowned."But it is distracting." He reached up to scratch his neck, only for you to swat his hand away again.
"I'm going to make you wear oven mitts if you keep scratching yourself."
"Then it wouldn't be anything new to my attire." Zane replied, as you smack his hand away from his face.
"Don't be snarky with me, Zane Julien." You laughed as he smiled.
Then he tried to scratch his arm.
"Stop it!" You grabbed his hand. "I'm not kidding about the mitts.
I brought duct tape and everything!"
Zane sighed, and you could tell he was trying to not scratch himself. His shaking hands were that much of a sign.
You were pretty sure you were going to have to use the duct tape- oven mitt technique.
Oh, surprise surprise. You did.
You reminded yourself that next time you had to chase an ice ninja, to watch out for black ice.

Yes. Sweet innocent Zane used his elemental power to scratch his chicken pox.

For those who don't know, black ice is a very thin sheet of ice that's usually on roads when it gets cold. It causes a lot of the car accidents in the winter.

Which is why I'll probably drive like, half a mile per hour in the winter. Just to be safe.....
