"Kai, I know you said you were going to do anything someone dares you to... But back flipping off the roof into a kiddie pool is freaking insane!"
"Its freaking awesome, is more like it!" Kai yelled from the roof, earning some cheering from the crowd forming in the backyard.
You were at bf/n's party, which was pretty fun. Well, up until Kai thought it would be a good idea to jump off the roof.
You knew he did more dangerous stuff than this all the time (i.e saving Ninjago), but that didn't mean he had to do it recreationally.
"Don't be an idiot!" You yelled at him, which he didn't hear because everyone else was cheering him on. Except for bf/n, who was sipping some tea out of a porcelain tea cup while checking her instagram.
"You know he's just showing off for you, right?" She asked, simultaneously taking a selfie.
You frowned. "Why would he be doing that, exactly?"
"Because those guys from earlier on were talking to you about doing stunts." She looked deep in thought for a second. "Are zebras black with white stripes, or white with black stripes?"
You mentally face palmed. Yeah, a couple of guys came up to you earlier and were trying to impress you by telling you all the different stunts they did. Which were all fake, by the way.
No one ever swam with a shark in a volcano. No matter how cold blooded the shark was.
You acted impressed, just to get them to go away, but Kai actually believed your act.
Which was why he was on the roof. The idiot.
"KAI SMITH!!!!" You screamed, the crowd silencing at the sound of your voice. "GET YOUR ASS DOWN HERE BEFORE I GET UP THERE AND KICK IT DOWN MYSELF!!!!!"
He was down in less than eight seconds.
And that was the end of Kai doing stupid shit to impress you.

For some reason, my city decided to have it's fireworks on the third, and not the fourth.

For why?

I don't really get it. But it was freaking crowded. But I've always loved the fourth (guess it's the third in this case).

I'm already starting to feel the bug bites form *~*
