Chapter 114

I noticed that the ending of the chapter I wrote yesterday didn't seem interesting so I'm going to skip the class scene and go straight to a different one from the end of the school day :)

I walked home with a sad gaze focused upon the floor which was starting to get covered in raindrops. Last lesson was defiantly not a fun one. I had to watch Jack kiss Hazel and hug her the way he'd hug me. He's changed into a different person and I hate it.. I just miss the old him so much. I would do anything to get him back, even if I love Geo more. It's selfish of me.

I then sat down on a bench, waiting for Geo to meet me. He was in detention with Mr Clarke as usual. If Mr Clarke ever finds out about Hazel and Jack then he'll go mad.

If I'm going to be honest I am very jealous of Hazel. Everyone likes her, so many boys fall for her, she's clever and dating a boy who I love. She kind of reminds me of what I must have been like in the tlg tour.

Geo's been talking about a tlg tour which will be starting in the winter holidays. It's with me, him, Mario, Ariel, Blake Gray, Loren and Jack as his YouTube channel has gotten pretty big. Jack is defiantly not going to attend it, but I happily will. Even though Loren's joining it I still have Mario and Ariel which is pretty exciting.

"Hey.."

I jumped when someone suddenly took a seat next to me, a pretty big gap in between our bodies. I slowly looked up and felt my heart beat go crazy when my eyes caught Jack's.

"Uhh.. sorry about earlier."

I just smiled awkwardly and then looked back down, playing with my fingers. Jack watched my hands fiddle together and then sat a little closer to me. I froze, staring at my fingers whilst biting my lip.

"I hope you don't mind me talking to you. I just need to know some things."

I felt my cheeks blush when he let out a chuckle when I looked towards him with surprised eyes. I couldn't help but feel happy that he wanted to talk to me. Hopefully Geo will be in detention for long so I'll get to know the new Jack.

"Umm.. how exactly did we meet?" He then let out a sigh and stared forwards.. "I'm trying so hard to remember you."

"W-we met in a bus because of your girlfriend Isla." I told him, surprised by how shy I sounded. I'm never shy with Jack. I then grabbed my phone out of my pocket and went through my camera roll to find a picture of me, him and Isla. Whilst I was scrolling through my camera roll a load of pictures of me and Jack popped us. Jack clicked on one and I felt my cheeks blush when a picture of me lying down on Jack's chest whilst he was sleeping popped up.

"Umm.. please delete this." He frowned, looking at me now. "This is kinda weird.."

I really didn't want to delete it. I wanted to keep all of my memories with Jack in my phone forever. But I obeyed, and then looked through my phone whilst hiding it so he wouldn't tell me to delete any more. Eventually I found a picture of us three.

Me and Jack kissed Isla's cheeks, and Isla stared at the camera with a face that was in the middle of laughing. She looked so beautiful in the picture, and when I showed it to Jack he clearly felt the same way.

"Who's she?" He asked me excitedly.

"Your ex." I felt my heart sink when I said those two words. She loved him so much but I had to steal him off her.

"She's.. she's so beautiful." He whispered, his eyes wide. He then looked at me and asked: "Please tell me that I can meet her one day.."

I stared at him for a while in thought.

If Jack attends the tlg tour, we could try and find Isla when we stop at London. She wont be happy but it's worth a shot.

"If you join the tlg tour we can arrange something."

Jack looked at me for a while in thought and then nodded. After that he stood up and grabbed his backpack. I watched him put it on and felt my heart sink when I realised that he was about to go.

"Well.. see you around I guess?" He asked, looking to the right to see Hazel walking towards him with drenched hair from the rain. He then placed an umbrella beside me and let out a smile. "You're soaking Lucy, I don't mind you keeping it."

I felt a rush of butterflies dance into my stomach and went to thank him after staring at it for a while, but looked up to see Jack running towards Hazel and then holding her hand and kissing her on her cheek.

Whatever I do, I need to make sure I get over Jack as soon as possible before my heart gets broken even more.
