"WHAT?!" Ariel shrieked after I told her everything about what happened with Geo, my current boyfriend.

I stared at the floor in shame. No matter how much I'd tell her, she'd never believe that Geo's genuinely sorry and that he only snapped because he was just confused as to who he truly was.

"I thought you were better than that. You don't know what Geo is like."

I didn't even bother to defend myself. If she wants to believe that he is a terrible person just for one stupid thing then she can do whatever the hell she wants. But my respect for her is gone.

"I'm disappointed in you Ariel." I sighed as I gathered all of my things. "I thought you'd understand, but I guess not.

I went to open the door but she grabbed my hand. I turned around to face her and frowned when I saw that she looked genuinely worried.

"I know what he's like when it comes to relationships."

"Good for you."

"Just don't come crying back to me." She warned and then let me go.

The advice Ariel gave me would not stop ringing in my head. I know Ariel and I know that she wouldn't lie or try to cause drama. But I still can't believe her. I still can't believe that Geo is not good at relationships. He seems so loyal and so nice...

"Mario!" I yelled as I saw him relaxing on the bench where him and Ariel first found me.

He looked up at me and gave me his cute smile.

"I was just thinking about you." He chuckeled which made me grin.

I sat down beside him and couldn't help but feel guilty about the kiss me and Mario's (probably) current enemy shared. I could never tell him what happened, maybe it would be best for him to find out himself.

"About that kiss.." Mario began. I couldn't help but silently sigh "oh great" to myself.

"Mario, you're like my best friend." I sighed before he could say anything else. "I couldn't be more thankful to have you in my life."

"Oh. Cool." Was Mario's reply.

A rush of sympathy ran through me when I saw how hurt he looked.

"Good to know.' He added.

"I need to go." I said as casually as possible. I then grabbed my hype backpack and walked away.
