[I'm going to do my best on making this journal coherent. I'm on some really amazing pain killers]
My eyes flutter open.
Hmmm... What time is it...? We have to leave around 10.....
I take notice to Mason, the kitten sleeping by my legs for the second morning in a row. How nice that is. I wish he was like that all the time!
I roll over. I think to myself, "I'll be woken up when it's time to get ready..."
Then I happily go back to sleep.
Then there's a knock on the door some time later, and it's time to get up and get ready.
I take my bath, get dressed, and get in the car to be driven back to my hometown for a baby shower. For my nephew's baby shower, who is roughly 2 months old.
We go to a place called Casey's around 12:15, and eat the not-so-much-selection of a buffet. We play baby games, and I won one! The game I won had to do with paying attention. The mommy, Sabrina, came into the room with a tray containing a diaper, a bowl, formula, cream, clothes and a bottle. The directions were to pay attention to Sabrina, and write down what we saw. The first question when she leaves? "What color were her shoes?","Was there anything in her hair?","What color Nail Polish did she have on?" And so on. And even if you knew, you had to have had as much information as possible written down. Not only did I have the contents of her tray written down, but also, 'blue dress, sparkly white shoes, blue and white purse, white bow in hair' and other details about her. Therefore, I ha won. 2nd and 3rd place winners were just about how much was written. I had won a peach scented candle and lemon hand sanitizer.
Aside from the games, and food, I got to hold my little chubbster of love. My little nephew, Dominic. The first time he smiled, and the cried. But the second time, he was fat asleep in my arms. How precious!!
But then around 2:30, it was time to go.
When we got home, I went hard on myself, and annotated research for the English paper, went over my outline for my outline, wrote a rough-draft outline, and then rewrote, and edited it, to make my final outline. Yes, I have drafts of outlines. I just don't hand all of them in. Just the finals. When I finally finished that, and had Taco Bell for dinner, it was 8:50pm. I took my pain pill during dinner, so I was completely drowsy, and tired, and happy. I calmly made my lunch, let my mom read the outline, and got my backpack ready for school tomorrow.
Honestly, every free time I had to think... It was always about David. (Considering most of the free!time was at the party) I was embarrassingly thinking about how amazing he will be with his own kids. With David though, I don't think about much sexual relations with him. I usually think of how awesome of a person he is, and what would happen if we had our own family in the future. I've never really thought anything TOO dirty. Let's just say I've never thought about sex with him.
....
But all of my ever-dirty-thoughts I've had for him happened in a 2-day span of Valentines day, and the day after....
Which can be saved for a different entry, please.
But at the end of the day, I lay on my bed, window cracked, fan on, with a cat running around like a madman, and writing today's journal on a very strong pain killer. I feel greeaat. It's real nice.
