Today, I finally made my decision. I was going to my hometown to get icecream with Emily instead of going to the graduation party. So that meant I had to make a card for Danielle. I wanted to make one, and then have David come over and pick it up.
Well, during the time I was making the card, both mom an John kept asking me if I had plans for the day. It felt like they were trying to kick me out! Mom even asked me if I should ask David to go to the movies with me. She seriously asked me to ask David out on a date!
So when David came to pick up the card, I told him about that, and he said he actually didn't have plans. So I changed, since I was still in my pajamas, into pants and a sweatshirt. We drove to his house, and looked at what movies were playing. The only one we wanted to watch was Rated R. So instead, David offered to take me mini-golfing, I lost both rounds, but I stayed the same score. In the first 'round',. I guess, he got 47 and I got 62. The second round he got 57 and I got 62. So, yeah.
After that, I went home to get some money, and to change into shorts. When I got back into his car, we went to McDonalds. We were externally disappointed that they ran out of shakes. Like, that's our thing! 2 medium strawberry shakes! Come on! But after we ate, David was in the mood for Dunkin Donuts. So that's what we did. We went to Dunkin Donuts. And we ate 3 donuts each. We also ran into Abby. Aka, Polly, too.
After that, him an I were trying to to figure out what to do next. He wanted to perhaps go to my house and play some soccer. I told him my lawn was... Grassy. And he literally offered to mow it. Like... David. No.
So we ended up playing Tennis at our highschool's court. We sucked. The furthest we went was the return of the return. Well, after that, the ball went flying over the court soo...
Afterwards, we went to his house. And then we went to Danielle's house. We played with her 14-some Beagles. An my legs got really muddy. And I wanted to give Danielle her card, now that we were there. So, David drove me back to his house. I went to the bathroom, washed the mud off of my legs, and then ate some pizza. I wanted to go to my house to get warmer clothes. So we did that. And we had another awkward conversation. Except...this one wasn't so awkward. Same sexual subject matter, but I was more comfortable.
After I changed clothes, I walked back outside, and my moms Camaro was out, and he was admiring it. And he's not much of a Chevy fan. After a while, and a bit if talking, it was dark out. I guess we had to go back to Danielle's house. So we did. And we forgot the card. What the fuck.
Oh well. We had a bonfire in a barrel. I taught Danielle how to throw a frisbee, since she wasn't so talented. And I got to harness my talents.
My talents? Well, believe me or not, I can see ghosts and spirits. Tonight, for the second time, I saw a man. At Danielle's house. And as I gave more detail about what I saw, and such... I had described her Great Grandfather. That was pretty awesome. I also contacted one of her Ancestors. Which was a bit scary, since I had a flash of how she died. And after I got that flash, Danielle told me how she died. And it was the same way. Creepy. But, finally, I also found that David was being watched. I couldn't entirely figure out who this old woman was to him, but she adored him. I felt that they only met once or twice, when he was a baby. But it wasn't a grandmother of his at all. I just didn't know. He thought maybe it was godparent of some sort.
Although, after channeling all of these people, my head couldn't take it any more. I had to get out of my trance.
So that's enough of 'weird' for the day.
So when it was finally time to go home, the three of us drove me home. But obviously that wasn't it. On my driveway, for over 30 minutes, we had another, revealing, awkward conversation. That was nice.
It was 12:00am. And I was tired. I walked into my room... And fell asleep.
Keep Smiling.
