The reason why this Entry doesn't have an Entry number, is because I'm writing an Entry that's not finished, and blah blah blah. Plus, this entry has nothing to do with my everyday life.
Well, it kind of does.
The main point has nothing to do with my everyday life.
Or maybe it does.
I don't know, you decide for yourself.

Recently, I've come to realize that my quick go-to, is a smile. I make sure I smile everyday. I smile when I'm happy, of course. I smile when I'm sad, and I smile to stop the tears. A smile, can make anyone's day better. Even your own. I've had a few days, (that you don't know about), where I'm seconds from crying emotionally. When I'm afraid and sad. So I smile. And that smile has prevented the tears from flowing.
There are so many facts about smiling.
Smiling is a natural thing. If you were born blind, and haven't ever seen a smile, you already know how. A smile isn't a monkey-see-monkey-do. It's natural.
A smile has proven to release dopamine, or known as your happy hormone.
A smile takes less muscles that it does to frown.
There are so many cool things about a smile. So... I've decided not only will I end my journals with my nickname... But a quick, meaningful message.
Keep smiling!
~Sharpie.
