Catalina's POV
The sound of a loud engine wakes me. Looking at the clock, I see its two in the morning. My phone goes off, making my head hurt. "Hello?" I ask, my voice rough with sleep.
"You feel asleep?" Draven's voice says on the other line. Tori must have given him my number. "Get dressed and come out side, I told you I was taking you somewhere." Looking to my side, I see James. Him and I feel asleep when we were talking about random stuff.
"Fine," I say. Hanging up, I stand and go to the closer. Since James is asleep, I don't bother to change in the bathroom. After I get ready, I throw my hair in a very messy bun.
Softly, I twist the knob of my door, trying to not make any noise. Draven leans against a motorcycle with his arms across his chest. He looks good. I walk over and stand before him quietly, still trying to wake up.
"No way I'm getting in that. That's death on wheels," I say groggily. He chuckles and hands me a helmet. "What about you?" I ask. He shrugs, swinging his leg over.
"I'd rather me get hurt than you, baby girl," he says with a smirk. I put it on and get in behind him. "Unless you want to fall off and get seriously hurt, you have to wrap your arms around me."
Hesitantly, I wrap my arms around his front as he starts to drive (idk what you call it) off. I squeeze me eyes shut getting the feeling he's going too fast. I open one eye and look around me. "Are you going the speed limit?" I ask.
"No," he says. I can almost invision him smiling. He goes somehow faster. I catch a glimpse of how fast he's going in the meter. Oh hell no. No. I don't want to die like this.
We reach the end of the town and he slows down. "You okay?" He shouts so I can hear.
"Yeah," I answer. I find myself smiling. He stops next to a gate. He gets off and helps me off as well. I take the helmet off, having to redo my hair. He lead me over to the gate and lifts the whole that people just use to get in. "What are you doing?" I ask. He grins.
"Going through the gate what does it look like. Go under," he says. My knees and hands shake as I bend my knees to crawl under. He does so as well and grabs my wrist, leading me to another area. I can see the glimmer of water and trees in the distance.
"There has to be a fate for a reason. We shouldn't be here," I say. Thanks to the moons light, I can see him rolls his colorful eyes.
"Its only goes there foxes and shit and people are always trying to trigger them. That's all," he tells me. I take a deep breath as he comes to a stop.
"You could have me here to kill me," I say. Immediately I regret saying that, but I hear him chuckle. He drops down onto the dirt. He tugs on my pant leg as if he were a child trying to get his mothers attention. I sit down beside him, keeping a distance.
"I know that you must be aggravated with me," he says. If I nod, I feel as if I'm being rude. "But you deserve better." I look at him, my eyes locking with his.
"And you think that's you?" I ask. He shakes his head.
"I know I'm not that person, I know that for a fact. But genuinely, I do think that I'm a better fit than James is." I sigh, my hands gripping the dirt and letting it slip from my fingers.
"He's a great guy and I've liked him for such a long time. I finally have my chance and really like him, he likes me. But then there's you and you do things to me that I'm scared he can't."
A cocky grin makes its way to his face. "He can't. You know I make you feel certain things that he doesn't, and you long for that feeling. With him your in your parents shadow, but to me your just a girl that wants to be herself even though you can't. You don't have to be someone your not with me."
Right now I don't see the same guy I seen that Sunday at church nearly two weeks ago. Then I had been scared of him, just as the rest of the town is. Maybe I'm going mad, but he isn't what people make him out to be.
When I take another look at him, he's looking at the water, with a lit cigarette in hand. He blows the smoke out of his parted lips and takes a deep breath.
"Draven, your very interesting and seem to be nice, but I really like James. He's someone my parents will approve of, someone who sees a future ahead."
"He's the safe choice," Draven says, cutting me off. I release a deep breath. "Take a chance. Forget about what your parents will think; they don't have to know. Deep down, you know you have feelings for me, feelings that you don't have for James.
You seen someone who can sometimes be unexpected. Someone who will study every inch of your body. Who will hold you and kiss you passionately. That's what your missing with him, passion. There's none there. But with me, you can't deny you felt a million different wonderful emotions earlier."
The dirt slips though my fingers as I look away from him. There is no passion with James, but him and I just started dating. We're still getting used to being more than friends.
"I'm sorry, but I can't. Trust me, if I didn't genuinely like James, I wouldn't be with him. Plus, Tori really likes you and I couldn't do that to her." He sighs, looking at the water again.
"She's just a friend to me." My head is only heading in the safe direction. "Kiss me again," he says. "Just one more time." He places his hand on my face, leaning in. I would object, but its like my tongue has been tied.
As soon as his lips meet meet mine, my body seems to melt against him. My lips move with his perfectly. His tongue traces my bottom lip, asking for entrance. When I do, he pulls me on top of him so I'm straddling his waist; his hands roaming my back.
I whimper escapes me as he draws out my bottom lip. My eyes lock with his as he does so; there lust and attraction there. His lips make contact to the sensitive skin behind my right ear. My hands grip the back of his shoulders, holding his body closer to mine.
I sigh as his tongue flicks against the skin. He lives down to my collar, looking into my eyes as he does so. Involuntarily, I throw my head back and moan in pleasure as he kisses just above my breast. My left hand runs through his hair.
"S-stop," I stutter, my breathing fast. His hands now rest on my ass, squeezing every now and then. I feel the need to squeeze my thighs together, but can't due to my current position.
"I don't think you really want me to do that," he says. Oh he's so right, but I wish he was wrong. He goes back to my lips, making me sigh. Our tongues move together as if their dancing. I now realize that my hands are under the front of his shirt, dressed against his very toned and defined abs.
"This is wrong. I can't be doing this," I say as I pull away from his lips. "I'm not this type of girl. I don't cheat."
I stand up and fix my undershirt. "Can we go now?" He stands up, wiping dirt off him and leads me out if the area.

Just as I go to open the door, Draven talks for the first time since we left where we were "Every angel sins once in while, baby girl," he says, his voice deep and husky. I have to look up at him order to see his eyes. Their a wild gold color; they have a sense of danger in them. A danger that begs me to give in.
"I should go," I say, about to open the door again, wanting this conversation to be over already. I've always ached for a sense of danger and risk, but this is far too much of it.
He grabs my arm and spins me around. I fight the urge to stop form looking at the area of his chest his shirt allows. "You didn't say goodbye properly," he says. His eyes drop to my lips as he leans in and kisses me. I know I should pull away, but something in me wants him so much closer.
