Gia POV

A month later...

"Aww look at the mommy holding her baby!" Bria said. I smiled and looked at my son. He was so beautiful. The love I felt so much unconditional love just looking at this face. He was just so cute. I kissed his cheek and he cooed.

Ryan was so oh my goodness I can't explain. The love I have for this baby is crazy. Bria was in awe herself.

"Ryan was happy to come out. Coming so quickly" Bria joked. I smiled "leave my baby alone".

"Crazy how over lovey you are with him" Bria said.

"Look at him he's so cute" placing another kiss on his chubby cheeks.

"Where's Delano? He left last night and said he was coming back today" I shrugged "I have no idea". Delano has been around trying to get me back. Every single time he's been around me he's been trying. Very predicable.

But when I look at Ryan I forget about Delano for the moment. This baby is the only thing to me that matters. Even with all I been through Ryan makes me forget about it.

"He came early though. Ryan was happy to leave that womb" Bria teased.

The nurse came in "Well Gia we are discharging you. But congratulations again". I nodded "thank you". Bria helped me get Ryan ready. He was so chubby!. "I hope the car seat thing is in correctly" Bria joked.

Stopping in my tracks "don't even play like that" eyeing her. She smiled "I love mommy Gia she's so serious about her baby.

My phone started ringing "hello?".

"Hey it's me.. are you still in the hospital?" Delano asked.

"Umm no I'm leaving now. If you want you can meet me at bria's".

"Yeah I'll be there when you guys get there" he said.

"Okay..." ending the call.

"Delano said he'll meet us at your place so he can see Ryan" I said.

Bria nodded "okay as long as there's no fighting" she eyed me.

"What? That fight wasn't my fault. He felt groggy so he leaped" I said. Bria shook her head. You two are too strong headed.

Making sure Ryan was in safely I slowly got in the car too. Lord these stitches were killing me. The things they forget to tell you in health class.

"I'm going to try and go slow cause I know you're in pain" Bria said.

"Thank you so much" I said.

Reaching Bria's complex I seen Delano sitting in the car. Rolling my eyes "there he goes". He got out of the car and stood there with his hands in his pockets.  Bria parked the car and we both got out. I got Ryan out and Delano came over and took the car seat from my grip. "I'll carry this".

Bria nudged me "thanks". He stared at me for a minute and walked Ryan into the apartment. He set him down on the floor unbuckling him out. He picked him up and held him.

Bria smiled just watching him "I have to say so far Delano has proven he'll be a good dad".

"No one ever said he wasn't going to be. He just sucks at being in a relationship" I said.

"Gia come on. He apologized how many times?. I mean he looks like he's suffering" Bria said.

Sitting next to Delano and ignoring Bria's last comment. He looked up at me "he's too cute" he said. I nodded "I know".

"Look Gia I know I said I'm sorry millions of times but I am. I take full blame for what happened. But can you at least forgive me?".

"Delano I can't say I'll forget what happened cause I won't. Trust would be a big thing with you".

"Understandable. But Ryan needs to be in a home with both parents. I don't want him asking questions as he gets older on why we are not living together".

"He's a newborn. We don't know what lies ahead for the future" Delano just stared at me "You definitely lost that baby belly quickly. Getting all your curves back".

"Don't even think about it" I warned.

"Just saying..." he smirked.

"Anyway I have to go feed Ryan so if you don't mind" holding out my hands so he can hand him over to me. He placed a kiss on his hand "daddy will see you tomorrow".

Delano got up and turned to me "I miss you gia! I really do. And now Ryan is here... I want you both with me".

"You should've thought about that when you decided to stick that dick in another woman".

Bria came in "Listen Delano just go before it gets ugly fast". He nodded "I'll come back tomorrow to see Ryan".

He exited out the door and Bria sighed "let me guess he was trying to get with you again".

I nodded "yup! But when doesn't he?".

"True... I don't get why cheat and then try and get you back. Doesn't make sense at all". I shrugged "beats the hell out of me. But as long as Ryan is happy then I'm happy".
