DELANO POV

I was just furious with Gia. Not using her brain as usual got her in a very fucked up situation. And I know she's depending on me to bail her out. But I'm not. I'm just going to sit back and watch this. Only because I warned her to not let this idiot Noah anywhere inside her apartment. But no! Gia never listens to anyone.

Hearing the room door open slowly she peaked inside. Glancing at her and looking back at the television screen. "Hey" she said. I didn't say anything back. She walked in and sat on the bed.

Nothing was said between us. She and I were just focusing our attention on the screen. Feeling her stare on me I glanced at her.

"So you're really going to let me fight this battle on my own?" She asked.

I nodded.

"Come on! Noah is crazy. And he's scary" she whined.

"That's not my problem. It's a problem you created and kept nursing until it got this bad. Now if I help you you our entire family at risk" I said. Which was completely true.

She got up "fine". That's all she said. Watching her storm out of our room I'm not falling for her shit today. She needs to man up and take care of this situation that she did to herself. Upon all her situations that she manages to put herself in.

Back at the task at hand. Pressing play on the controller and I continued to watch my show on Netflix.

GIA POV

Well since Delano basically told me to handle this by myself... there's only one thing I could possibly do. Even though it won't do much but I have it on record. Heading down to the police station. When I got there a young police officer greeted me.

"Good afternoon! How can I assist you?" He asked.

"Yes! I was wondering where I need to go to get a restraining order placed?" I asked. He smiled "you're at the right place. Follow me". Buzzing me inside I pushed the door open. He sat at a desk and motioned me to sit down. "Alright. What's the purpose of this restraining order?" He asked getting the papers together.

"Crazy ex neighbor who is now in love with me. But I have no interest in him. And he knows I'm involved with someone else. Which he doesn't care too much about" I said. He nodded "wow okay. Just gives his name and address. And you sign here when I'm done".

"Wait his name is noah right?" The cop asked me.

I nodded "yes, why?".

He went into the desk and pulled out a file. Opening the folder he took out a picture and showed me. "Yeah that's him!".

"His name is very known here. He has a long rap sheet of things. Mainly crimes against women. Honestly we haven't heard from him so I thought he stopped or took a break. But it's evident he didn't".

"What do you mean a long rap sheet?" I asked.

"I shouldn't be sharing this with you. But a pretty young woman like yourself I'll give you his latest offense".

"Anything would help. Thank you" I smiled.

"His latest stunt was stalking and kidnapping. I believe this was his ex girlfriend. But she didn't press any charges. If she did he wouldn't have been on the streets and you wouldn't be dealing with him right now" he said.

Shaking my head... this is some bullshit. And the thing that kills me. This bitch Ava knew her brother wasn't all there and she still put him in her ridiculous plan to get Delano knowing the circumstances.

"Is everything okay?" The cop asked. Coming out of my thoughts I smiled "I'm fine. And thank you for your help". He nodded "no problem and please stay safe".

Leaving the precinct I was just in awe of the damn news I just heard. I needed to pay someone a visit real quick. Driving down to Delano's job. They already knew who I was so no questions were asked when I got there. Now will they call Delano alerting him I'm here... probably.

Knowing Ava's thirsty ass I knew she would be somewhere around here. Hearing her annoying voice and laughter I approached her "we need to talk!". She seemed a little surprised and nodded. We both walked into a empty room.

"Let's cut to the chase. Did you know your brother has some mental issues?" I asked.

She looked away from me. "Yes or no?!".

"Listen last time I checked Noah was taking his pills and getting therapy. That's why I trusted him to babysit my daughter. I didn't know it would have escalated to this" she said.

"What the fuck do you mean he's been taking his pills? What the hell is wrong with him?!" I asked.

"Noah is a paranoid schizophrenic" she said. I almost fainted. Taking a seat before I actually passed the hell out. "All of this new information is too much for me".

"I honestly didn't think noah would have gotten this bad" she said. Then it hit me. All of this is because of Delano's mother. This whole thing is because this old white wrinkly bitch can't get a fucking clue. At this point I'm wondering if staying with Delano is even worth it. This will constantly keep happening until this old bitch gets what she wants.

I'm too young for all of this stress. Looking at the ring on my finger. Is this really worth it?.

I CANT SLEEP AND I WASN'T GOING TO UPDATE UNTIL AFTER THE HOLIDAYS!
