GIA POV

My test was a success I aced it. I had the whole weekend to study which did more good than anything else. Noah had asked me out. Since he knew Ryan wasn't going to be here. But I had to study. So I postponed it for Monday night. Thinking Delano would somewhat work with me but then again I forgot who I was talking about.

Looking at the clock it was almost seven so I knew I would have to be downstairs soon. Fixing my hair one last time. I opened the door and made my way downstairs to where Noah was standing. He smiled "You look beautiful. You're glowing".

"Thanks, so where are we going?" I asked.

"Somewhere to eat. Food seems to make everything good. It's weird but true" he said.

"Well let's start on our way. I can't believe the sun is still shining bright at this time of the day" I said. Hearing a car screech loudly. And I see a shirtless Delano sitting in it smiling. Of course he would do this. Ryan came running out the car and hugged me "mommy!".

Noah sighed "I guess the date is cancelled, huh?".

"Just hold on" I said.

Delano stretched before walking over. He came here shirtless for a reason. "Hey man. You must be Noah. Wait wasn't you the man that broke down that day? What a coincidence?".

"Yeah that's me. And I wanted to apologize to you too about being the reason you guys were fighting" he said.

"Don't even stress yourself it was bound to happen. Plus, I mean she moved on right" Delano glanced at me. He's acting weird. "Mommy daddy's women friend was at the house too!" Ryan yelled.

Turning to look at Delano "really you had her around Ryan?!".

"Should you talk? I mean he told me you always have  Noah here around". Noah cleared his throat. I know he was feeling a little uncomfortable. "How's the baby?" He put his hand on my little pouch I had.

"It's fine. Can you stop?" I asked.

"Stop what? Making sure my children are okay? Delano said smiling.

"You know what gia. Maybe we can do this some other day" Noah said.

"Yeah maybe another time or no other time would be good" Delano chimed in.

"Delano shut up!" I said. "Yeah sorry... didn't know he was going to bring Ryan back so early!".

"Not a big deal. Nice meeting you man" Noah said to Delano.

"Yeah you too... even though I met you before" he sarcastically said. Noah walked off and I went upstairs with Delano following me. "I'm hungry!" Ryan said.

"How about we go get something to eat?" Delano said.

"Yay! Come on mommy let's go. I'm hungry" Ryan pulled my hand. Delano thinks he's so slick. We went back downstairs to his car. Delano opened up my door with a smile on his face. Raising my brow I slowly got in.

"You might want to put on a shirt" I said.

"For what? Where we are eating is outside anyways and it's humid out" he said smiling. Turning to look at Ryan he had headphones on watching his tablet. "So you have Ava in the house... that's cute".

"She stopped by that was all. That was the first and only time Ryan seen or even met her. Unlike you, you have Noah playing daddy. When I specifically told you not to have him around Ryan. You don't know him that well".

"And you know Ava?" I asked.

"For one I told Ava already I'm not interested. I don't find her attractive. You are the only woman I want or that I need. I'm just waiting for you to come home so we can be a family again. And with this new baby coming I want you home before it's here".

I didn't say anything.

"Plus, I can imagine how tough it's going to be to have Ryan bouncing all over the place while you have a newborn. No way am I letting you parenting alone. You will need help and you know it. So just stop this shit and come on home already!".

Again I didn't say anything. I just watched out the window. He glanced at me and smiled "now you can say you're going on a date with myself and Ryan".

"You both think you're so slick" he smiled "I am slick cause I told you you wasn't going on that date and well you didn't. I'm always right. Always".

Rolling my eyes "not always, lets relax".

"You're glowing today too. What can Noah do for you that I can't?" He asked.

"Delano I don't know. Just stop talking about him. I already know you're jealous. No surprise".

"And you're as jealous about Ava. I understand we don't want to see the other with someone else. And that's because in a small tiny way we still love each other. So just come home... and then we can talk about this some more".

"Just Park the car, Delano" I said.

"Gia just know I always get my way when it comes to you. Even if it means I have to do some crazy shit" I warned.

"You white people are crazy. I can't" I said getting out the car. "But you love my whiteness" he smiled. Ryan got out and grabbed my hand and grabbed Delano's hand with a smile on his face.
