We have to check out by twelve. But it was still early. I snuck out to get Gia some breakfast. Last night was the first time in a long time we actually connected. Making my way to the local market I picked up some flowers.

At this point I want this relationship to start fresh. From now one we communicate about everything. And show affection as well. Gia is a work in progress and last night she opened up to me about a lot.
Walking into Starbucks I went straight to the barista. I ordered for both Gia and I. Someone cleared their throat getting attention. Turning around I saw the one person I didn't want to see. He stood there smiling at me. What the fuck is he so happy about?.
"Well hello to you too" noah said. Ignoring him cause I wasn't in the mood to even deal with him. "Nice flowers! That must be for Gia" he said again.
Still not paying him any mind. Just waiting for my coffees and I'm leaving.
"You know I got her flowers before as well. She didn't take them though. I just figured she wasn't a flower person. But seeing you now... I don't know" he said. My anger was slowly rising. "That's right before we went on our date. She left the flowers in the car".
I was trying my best not to snap but my Patience was running thing. VERY thin.
"You know females like Gia are Beautiful Disasters. They have the looks but at the same time their damaged in the worse way". The barista handed me my drinks and I bumped his shoulder leaving the place. I wasn't going to step to his level.
When I got back to the hotel. Gia smiles greeting me at the door. "Hey! Is that for me?" She asked pointing to the flowers. I nodded "of course. And the drink too".
"Thank you! They are so pretty" she said smelling the bouquet. Trying to not let what noah said bother me. "So guess who I bumped into literally?" I said. She looked at me concerned "Uh oh who?".
"Noah... your friend. He had a mouth full of things to say. But... I ignored him. I didn't give into him even though I really wanted to punch him in the face" I said.
"Good... that's what he wants. He's crazy" she said. Just staring at gia my mind started to wonder if what Noah said was actually true. Shaking my head from the thoughts I just wanted to continue to enjoy this day with her. "How's your drink?" I asked.
"Tasty! I'm just excited to go home! I miss our boys!. Hopefully Bria didn't have a hard time with them" she said.
"I think Bria handled it" I got up and went to wash my hands and watched my reflection in the mirror. "Are you okay?" She asked.
"Yeah I'm fine. Just cleaning up a bit" I said. She shrugged her shoulders and went to finish getting ready.

On the drive home I kept glancing at her. She seemed happy for once. I didn't want to ruin that with any speculating questions about Noah. It'll just ruin everything. Numerous times asking her if they went on a date she says no. But he claims they did. Someone is lying.
We reached home and Gia didn't hesitate to get out and run inside the house. I followed behind to see Ryan on top of her "mommy I missed you. Why is there a ring on your hand?!".
"Because daddy asked me to marry him" she said. Ryan wide eyed the both of us "yay!. I get cake!". Gia turned to me laughing "that's all he cares about". Bria came from upstairs "kairo is napping. But I heard the news congratulations!".
"Thank you. The kids were okay?" I asked.
"Of course. No trouble at all. Let me see the ring?!" Bria grabbed Gia's hand. "You did good, Delano. I'm happy for the both of you". Bria got her things together and left. I'm still not ready for Bria to be around full time with Gia. "Mommy can we go in the back?" Ryan asked. She nodded "yeah let's go. You coming along?".
"No you guys go. I'll be in here just settling in" I said. She slid the back door open and Ryan ran out. Going upstairs I went to check on the baby. Slowly opening his door I seen he was sound asleep. That's one thing I can say we have the easiest babies. Never gave us trouble.
Made my way back down to the kitchen and I see her phone was on the counter. Picking it up I went through it just to ease my mind a bit. But she had nothing incriminating in it. Call me crazy... but ever since of running into this idiot now my mind is racing.
Last thing I wanted to do is bring it up to gia. Her reaction might not be a good one. But I'm curious to know who's lying. At least when I went out with Ava it was all business. If she actually went on a date with Noah that's technically cheating.
You know what... I'm not going to even think about it. That's what he wants. I'm not feeding into it anymore. If she said nothing went down then nothing went down.
