You see all this land that I have around my home. And the backyard is amazing. Now tell me why gia feels the need to explore another city instead of exploring what's around her?. Exactly because she wants to do what she wants. Not anymore not while she's pregnant. She's on lockdown for now. Actually she's still pouting from before.
"Daddy? Can I get another burger?" Ryan asked me.
"Yeah, tell mommy you want a burger and she'll get it for you" I said.
He sighed "I asked mommy already and she said to ask you".
Looking up and seeing gia eyeing me but she rolled her eyes and looked towards Bria. "Come on let's get you that burger". We both walked back to the grill. Placing the burger in his plate he sits down next to Bria.
"Damn these burgers are so damn good" Bria said. I smiled "well at least someone is enjoying the food". Gia sucked her teeth "anyway Bria I guess your trip will be stayed in the house cause someone here put me in lockdown".
Bria nearly choked "Huh? What? Why?. I didn't do nothing".
"Ask him... he thinks we will go on a road trip again" she said.
"Bria listen... gia has this tendency to lie to me when she's going somewhere and end up in a different place. And it's bad enough she has our son with her. I don't need anything bad happening to you three, well now four".
"Damn, I mean we were going to take Ryan to a fair over in Spring Valley" Bria said.
Gia turned to me and shook her head. Ryan stopped eating "a fair?! Awe man!".
Looking at them both. Something isn't right here. "You know what I can take you guys there. It could be a family outing".
"We just wanted it to be us girls. You know... no men around. Except Ryan" Gia said.
"Right.... my answer is no. Ryan will be fine without the fair plus those rides are old and dangerous" Bria raised her brow "how old are you again?".
"Old enough" I said. Getting up I went inside. These two think their slick but I'm already ten steps ahead of them.

GIA POV
"Damn so now what are we suppose to do for fun?" Bria asked.
"If you think I'm letting him stop us from doing what we do... then you really don't know me" I said.
"But come on if he knows we went anywhere it's going to cause issues" Bria said.
"Either way you look at it it's a lose lose situation. If I listen to him I'll just be miserable. And if I just pretend to not listen then he'll be mad".
"So what are you saying? I just want to make sure I didn't influence you on this decision" Bria said.
"I'm saying tomorrow he has to go to work. And he'll be gone majority of the day. So we can just go and do what we have to and be back before he gets home" I said.
"That does sound logical" Bria said
"See everything will work out" I said. Hopefully I'm right. I mean my sister is here to hang out with me and he wants us to hang out in the house the entire time. I'm not doing that.

The next morning...
Delano was in the kitchen when I walked in yawning. "Morning". He glanced at me and walked over to me "Listen I'm going to work. I don't want you Bria or Ryan going anywhere. Stay in this house. Do you understand?".
"Okay listen for one I'm not ten. Two... I'm an adult so stop treating me like a child. And three... if you say so".
He nodded and kissed my forehead "show Bria around the land surrounding the house. That should keep you guys busy".
"Umm Okay?" I said. He opened the door and left. Now I'll wait an hour cause I know he'll call to check up on me and then we are out. Like clockwork he called an hour later to make sure we were still in the house. Once I finished that pointless conversation I got Ryan dressed and we was out.
Driving to Oregon just to site see. Plus, we never been and it's closer than any other state. "This is going to be so much fun" Bria said.
"Mommy are we going to get in trouble?" Ryan asked.
"Not if you don't say anything to daddy we won't" I said.
Once we reached Oregon we went to get something to eat and went site seeing. This state was beautiful. We even went to a local fair for Ryan's sake. The lights were so pretty. I had to take a picture.

Looking at the time making sure we were on schedule. Once I noticed it was six we had to start driving back.
"I can't believe we was in Oregon all day. The perks of living in Nevada" Bria said.
"Mommy what's that rumbling noise?" Ryan asked.
"Huh? What noise?" Listening to the same noise Ryan pointed out. That's when my car engine lit up. This would happen. The car started smoking and I immediately pulled over. Bria jumped out "What the fuck?". I grabbed Ryan and jumped out the car myself. Now we were standing on the side of the highway. And we haven't even left Oregon yet.
"What are we going to do?" Bria asked.
"The one thing I hope I don't want to do. Call Delano" I whined.
"Shit, we in trouble now. Nice knowing you" Bria joked.
Sad thing is either I call Delano or a tow truck but the bill for that will be crazy expensive. Especially we are in a different state. Pulling out my phone and hesitating to call Delano.
