((I think I did better))

Shane heard the sound echo in his head the next morning. He couldn't stop thinking about it. The way Conor sounded, so desperate and so needy. He wanted to hear more. Shane punished himself for thinking such a way.
He spent endless hours working out. So much his body complained even if he moved his hands. He couldn't give into temptation of he couldn't move at all. He felt worn out like a old pulley rope ready to snap. Shane signed as his eyes closed and sleep pulled him into its grasp. Not aware of what was to happen.

((THIS PART IS A LITTLE KINKY BUT MOSTLY SAFE))
He was having one of those dreams again. The kind that made him jittery.
"I like it, so soft and plush. Makes you more attractive."
He shouldn't have dreams about things like this. Yet he did.
"Do you want me to go slow? I know it your first kiss."
The kind that made him toss and turn in bed.
"You're really soft. How did he let you become like this?"
His skin was burning as the soft ruffles of his shirt tickled his back.
"Don't be embarrassed, I love it. I love you."
Shane gasped as he sat up in bed. No. No. No. He was not going to have dreams about that.
((Okay you good))

When working out doesn't work out, Shane ate. Not like most who ate sweets or cakes (especially after last night) Shane ate Salads. He'd usually ate salads which made him sleepy for some reason.
His advisor suggested he stopped eating the food. Shane spent time working on affairs within his kingdom. He worked and ate which ended up with him dropping into a dead sleep right on his files.
Shame felt a hand touch his shoulder, he groaned and lifted his head up "Mlugh?" he said, some of his hair was in his mouth and he probably drooled a bit.
A servant looked at him "Your majesty? I was sent to get you the lunch meeting," she said.
Shane brushed the hair from face "Yes, right, tell them I'll be there in a bit," he replied. He waved his hand to dismiss her. As she left, she took the bowl with her.

Shane picked at his food as the table was clamored with noise of metal clicking on plates or the soft exchange of chatter. He needed to do something "Devin has Conor's indenture cleared up?" he asked.
The table went silent at his question, Devin looked up "Yes, its been cleared for a while now," he replied.
Shane placed his fork down "Good, I want him to start living here," he said.
"WHAT?" Rollan, Meilin, and Abeke said in surprise.
Even Conor looked shocked. He held his fork in mid-air. Devin blinked "Why?" he asked.
Shane kept himself relaxed "Simple, you have no true use for him and I'd find a more useful purpose for him here," he replied. His gaze lingered over Meilin, Abeke, and Rollan. None of them protested. Not that they could, if anything Shane could have the two girls replaced and the boy could be abandoned at his command.
Devin nodded "Alright, I'll get the work assorted before this month is over," he replied. The table fell silent as they ate.

Shane thought over about what happened at the meeting. He needed to start getting arrangements made for Conor to start living here. Firstly with his room. Maybe somewhere close to his own but then he possibly- he needed to stop thinking about that. He should focus on getting Conor some clothes.
Shane went to the fabrics room. Upon opening the door he stopped. Conor was reaching for a piece of Cloth just out of reach. He was on the tip of his toes straining to grab the dark blue fabric, a piece of green cloth draped over his arm (Shane hated seeing green) his shirt was riding up slightly, showing off a thin line of pale skin. Shane was temporary distracted at the flash of flesh. It looked so soft that he wanted to reach out a touch it but Conor grabbed the fabric and pulled it down. The thin strip vanished and Shane felt Conor's startled gaze on him "Oh Shane, hello," he greeted.
Shane felt his face grow hot "Hello Conor, why are you here?" he asked.
Conor held up his arm with the fabrics on it "Master Devin sent me to fetch fabrics," he said.
Shane raised an eyebrow "That's curious," he replied.
Conor nodded "He wants me to be presentable," he added.
Shane nodded "Well I suggest something else than blue- it does nothing to brings out your eyes," he said.
Conor blushed "Oh thank you for the compliment," he replied meekly. The former greencloak walked around the king "I must leave now, have a good day your majesty," he said.
Shane took a deep breath as soon as Conor left the room. Now he had a new issue to take care of.
