*Lucys POV*

As soon as I saw Snape get a glimpse of him, I thought, This is going to be hell.

"Padfoot! There you are," said Prongs finally finding him.

He lowered his voice, "Remember that we still have a lot to do."

"Yeah of course." Sirius said looking a bit guilty, but enjoying it.

"Are you ok?" I asked him, "You look a bit pale."

"Yeah I'm fine, gotta get to class." He said rushing off.

"Huh." Prongs said, "Whats more surprising? He remembers that he has classes, or that he literally just ran away from us?"

"Probably that right now is a free period." I said shrugging and going to the common room.

After getting tired, I went to look for Lily. I pulled out the map and searched her name, I do this way too many times. I thought. Eh. I found her with a dot that said Severus Snape. Shit. I ran for her when I heard them fighting.

  "Look Lily, I'm sorry!"
  "No, Severus."
  "But-"
  "Goodbye Sev."

And with that she went the other way. I ran for her but couldn't find her anywhere. I ran to the kitchens but she was no where to be found. I got some chocolate while I was there because, why not?

The next day, she was still nowhere to be found. Until I saw her in the Great Hall.

"Hey, I uh, heard your argument with Snape and—"
"It's all everyone talks about isn't it?!" She said raising her voice, making me flinch.
"No, I didn't-"
"No Lucy." She simply said before leaving.

As I sat down with Padfoot, Prongs, and Wormtail they all looked at me and asked if I was ok. "I'm fine, but she's not." The classes that day were pretty peaceful, but the night was not.

I was the first one inside the shrieking shack, as I heard footsteps, I wondered why they still hadn't turned into their forms. I saw  Snivellus looking at Moony when Prongs suddenly grabbed him while I was trying to control Remus. I ran to a corner and turned back to a human.

"Oi!" I yelled throwing a rock at his head. "Moony!" He turned and snarled at me.

I turned back and he looked at me suspiciously. He tried to get out but I snarled in return. He tried to bite me, but I quickly dodged, even if I was in my form, they still hurt. I ended up getting scratches all over my body. In the morning, I saw Remus turning back and ran to another room in the house throwing myself to an old, worn out bed. I was exhausted. I woke up in my animagus form around some spots of blood,  and a stag nudging me with its antlers. I followed him out, and walked inside the castle silently. I only remember that.

"Is she fine?" Asked a voice, "I don't know, I found her in the shrieking shack, thrown in the bed there, looking as if she were dead, because of your prank!" James said, anger clearly his tone. "Shush." I said, sleepily, probably as if I were drunk. "We'll discuss this later." Prongs said, acting like a mother.

I quickly went to sleep again, even though my body was aching. When I woke up it was well in the afternoon, my head throbbing. Padfoot was at my side, his head on his hands.

"Hey." I said making him look up. His eyes were red and he had a few dried tears on his cheeks. "I'm sorry, I never meant for this to happen, I—" he started rambling, "Wait, what happened again?" He opened his mouth to explain when I remembered. "Wait, you told him?" I said trying to stand up but failing.

My blood boiled, "I didn't mean to ha—" "To harm anyone?" I said, raising my voice, "Because you harmed me, he harmed me, because of you, because he wasn't himself, but you were, and Prongs, Prongs! Prongs was the one that came to see and saved Snivellus, and you did nothing!?" I said eventually yelling.

I stood up and it hurt as soon as I did I went to the bathroom. To be more dramatic I stopped on the doorway of the bathroom and turned to him, "There was a moment where he almost bit me, and I was scared for my life." I said it softly though.

I closed the door and turned the water on, crying silently. I had really hoped that someone would come and help me, and I got so scared that he would bite too hard, killing me.
I eventually had to look at myself and saw that I was full of scratches and a few barely healing scars. When I got out, Sirius was gone and I sighed in relief. James came in though, hugging me.

"I'm sorry I wasn't there for you, Wormtail ran away, his form was too small and I was making sure that Snape didn't go spreading the word out."

"Prongs it's fine, plus, I've gotten enough apologies for a lifetime."

He left after a while, telling me the excuse he told McGonagall, and giving me notes that Lily and him made for me. I laid down on the bed thinking about everything that had happened and I eventually slept.

I woke up to the sound of a loud crack. "Hello?" I said sleepily, "Mistress!" The House elf said in surprise, "How did this happen?!" "Its a really long story." I simply said before she offered a sandwich, "Yes please." She gave me one and said she had to go.

I saw that it was night, and there was no one here. I went for the map and noticed that it wasn't there. I went to sleep once more, and I hated every moment of it.
