*Lucy's POV*

THE NEXT FEW WEEKS WENT BY FAST, AND it was soon September 29.

We were exiting the common room to go eat when I said, "I'll meet you there guys."

They looked at me with confused faces.

"Oh, right I didn't tell you. It's my Dads birthday." I said shaking the box that I had in my hands.

"Oh, ok." said Remus, "tell him I said happy birthday."

"Tell him I said that too." said Peter.

"Same as them." said James.

"I won't but I appreciate the thought," I told them.

"Why not?" Sirius asked.

"Because you are boys. And he doesn't like boys, so he would probably kill me if he found out," I told them, "But only if he finds out."

"Oh," They all said.

"Yeah."

As the months quickly flew by, we found out that Sirius' birthday had been next.

Surprising him as we all screamed at him to wake up because it was his birthday, he had a big goofy smile on his face.

Going to breakfast, we sat down and gave him small birthday presents.

They were all last minute, as we had only figured out his birthday in a letter his brother had sent earlier.

Regulus had sent it from home a day before because his fathers owl had been away and he made him think that it was just taking a little longer.

Pity crossed my mind but I quickly shook it away. They wouldn't want me to feel pity for them, wouldn't they?

As I walked to the breakfast feast in a corridor, the four of them jumped out and said, "Happy birthday!"

"Thank you!" I said.

As we walked into the Great Hall, my brothers said, "Lucy!" I turned to where they were coming, and they held a mini cake.

"Happy Birthday!" Said Miguel, and Cesar.

"Thank you!" I said.

"Well we got to go somewhere. Bye." They walked away. Always the thought that matters with them.

"You have brothers?" asked James.

"Yeah."

"Why did they go away so abruptly?"

I looked at him in a face that told him, didn't you see?

"because I hang out with boys," the four of them looked at me, as if saying, thats it?

When we sat down there was water in my goblet.

Huh.

I drank it knowing it was weird and after a second, my hair turned a galaxy blue with white dots, which I considered stars.

I looked at James and Sirius, "You did not!" I was actually liking it though.

I looked at them with a mischievous smile.

I threw some eggs at him. Everyone was looking at us now, when all of a sudden someone  yelled,

"FOOD FIGHT!"

We all broke out, and of course we were ambushing the Slytherins at first, Hufflepuff with Ravenclaw and everyone else.

We used magic at first but then it was just the satisfaction of throwing it with our hands.

There was no end in sight since the plates were refilling. Somehow, a pie hit Professor McGonagall.

Everyone was now quiet and still not daring to move a finger. I realized that there was only pie on the staff table.

Dumbledore stood up and hit Professor Flitwick. We all broke into a even bigger fight which was amazing. After a while though we just got tired and cleaned with Magic. And of course we ate.

"Best birthday ever." I said plopping down in the couch in common room, fresh out of the shower.

"Yeah, and we had the best prank ever." said Sirius him and James plopping down next to me and Remus on my other side.

"Oh and how do I take the color off, I mean I like it but if my brothers see me like this, they will kill me. As well as my dad."

Remus looked close to bursting out laughing, Peter looked frightened.

"Oh," said James, "It takes off by time." And by this time I was holding my hand out to Remus, who passed me a throw pillow.

"You. Have. Got. To. Be KIDDING ME." I said hitting both of them with the throw pillow. "Please tell it'll be off by June."

"I mean I think so."

"James! My parents are going to kill me!"

I glared at him and Sirius to frighten them, and proceeded to say,
"And I'm going to kill you."

They both screamed like little girls, and me and Remus, as well as Peter, couldn't hold in the laughter.

On Monday Professor Flitwick was the first to call out my hair.

"I thought you would have taken the color out by now."

"Nah, I like it."

"Very well then."

The day went on like this, Professor McGonagall said the same thing,
"Ms. Ross, I thought you would have taken the color out by now."

"Well you see Professor, this was Sirius' and James' gift and I like it very much."

She just nodded and continued on with class.

Then after the lunch feast, Dumbledore came up to me and said, "Your hair looks fantastic. You should teach me how to do that." And simply walked off.

"That was weird," said Sirius.

"He didn't ask us!" Finished James.

In Astronomy, Professor Sinistra complimented my hair.

After classes were done, I went to Professor Flitwick.

"Yes Lucy?" He said, when I was at the door.

"How can I take revenge on James and Sirius?"
