Chapter 4, Sweet Revenge.

*Lucy's POV*

I STOOD IN THE DOORWAY, WAITING FOR Professor Flitwick to answer.

"You want revenge?" He asked.

"I prefer closure, but yes."

"Well I'll help you, but you are going to need potions. Oh, and I'm sure Professor Slughorn will be delighted to help you."

After we did a design of our own, we went down to the dungeons.

"Lucy! Filius! How are you?" I smiled a mischievous smile, "I need you to help us with a potion."

"A potion?" He looked at Professor Flitwick.

"A potion."

The next day, when Sirius and James sat down at the breakfast table, Remus, Me, and Peter were already there.

"What'd we miss?"

"Oh," I smiled, "nothing."

I looked sideways at Remus who was looking at them expectingly.

"Ok then." They held up their goblets and signaled us to do so too.

"To missing nothing!"

"To missing nothing."

I drank my water and when James and Sirius drank theirs, Sirius hair turned pink with a swirl of pale blue, and James, a lilac with a swirl of pale pink.

I laughed and got out of my seat and ran for it.

"LUCY GET BACK HERE!" said Sirius running behind me.

"NEVER!" I yelled laughing, James was going after me too.

"YOU BETTER HAVE A REVERSAL POTION!" Yelled James, and I held up a flask filled with a transparent liquid, "Catch me and you'll get it!"

I ran and turned a corner, then another, until I got to an empty classroom and shut myself in.

I conjured a few paper birds, Professor Flitwick taught me, and opened the door and fake attacked James and Sirius.

One of them carrying the flask, "Get it!" James eventually got it.

"Here's the other." James and Sirius got them and drank them, nothing happened.

"What?" Said Sirius, and I ran again, going into potions, which had already started.

"Ah, Ms. Ross, did it work?" "Yep." And when I said that James and Sirius crashed in, still with the dyed hair.

"Please take a seat boys!" Exclaimed Professor Slughorn.

We sat down next to Remus who was laughing silently. I noticed that Lily and Snape were laughing too.

"Any who, we are doing a potion that's on page 15, I will leave you to it."
    
After Potions, we had Astronomy. Professor Sinistra notes James' and Sirius' hair.

"Are you all right boys?" Asked Professor Sinistra.

"Yes," said Sirius, "This was all her," said James, pointing at me.

"She has Potions," whispered Sirius, "And she's not afraid to use them."

Professor Sinistra laughed and walked away.

"I think I'm her favorite student," I said proudly, while Remus smacked me in the head from behind.

"Ow!" I exclaimed.

"Sorry someone needed to smack you into reality." said Remus, and Peter laughed silently, but was hyperventilating.

I glared at him, but a smiling Remus eventually made a grin of my own appear.

After Astronomy, we had lunch.

"Ooooh," I said, "we can get BLTS."

At that moment Miguel, said if he can talk to me, he was in Ravenclaw and we didn't get to talk as much as we did.

"Ok." We walked into a hall and he said, "I know how to get into the kitchens."

"Will it be quick?"

"Yeah it'll be quick." He looked at me and I was nervous as it was obviously my hair.

"What happened to your hair?"

"Nothing."

"Yeah, well Nothing is going to make dad kill you."

We went through halls and halls, we went into a room full of paintings.

"You see that painting of the fruit bowl?"

"Yeah."

"Tickle the pear."

"What? Are you high or something?"

"Just tickle it."

I went ahead and tickled the pear, it made a giggle noise and the painting opened.

"Wow," I said going into the room full of house elves.

"Ms, would you like this?" said a house elf holding up a plate of brownies. "Ooh, don't mind if I do."

"We should get out of here, your friends will wonder why." He said with an irritated look.

"Still not happy about them aren't you?"

"No."

"Why not?"

"Because they are boys! They are dangerous. And—"

"Boys will be boys," I said exasperated. "That stupid expression makes no sense! If you want males of the species to stop being such douchebags and retards, you've got to teach them instead of just repeating that expression and letting them get away with everything!"

'Boys will be boys' had always been the favorite reason for my family to not let me have any male friends, and honestly it was really just a stupid expression that some guy made so that he wasn't sentenced to jail for raping a girl probably.

As I stormed off, I heard him call my name.

He watched me sit down next to Sirius, and whispered to him, hug me, I'll explain later.

He threw an arm around me and I gave him a kiss on the cheek to see Miguel storm off the other direction.

"Sorry," I said, "Someone's gotta teach my siblings a lesson, and no ones doing it, so I took it into my own hands."

His cheeks were slightly red, "Yeah, that's fine."

I took a sandwich and explained that he took me to the kitchens.

Late in the night, we met in the common room ready to leave for the kitchens.

James had an invisibility cloak he was going to be using.

"Where are you five going?" Lily asked from the stairs leading to the common room.

"Kitchens," I explained, "Want something?"

"No thanks," she replied.

"Are you sure?" James asked, "Because I'll get anything you as—"

But he was cut off by the door being shut.

"Hard burn," Remus told him.

"Oh shut up!"
