Chapter 64, The Wedding.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^These are, in order, the following: the wedding dress of course, the bridesmaid dress, the bridesmaid hairstyles(but not the color), Lucy's veil (thats wow. cause sirius dies cause of the veil.....), Lucy's hairstyle + and her jewelry and her cake. And you can imagine her makeup however you want, but it has to be a "natural look."  alright thas it thank u vry much.

*Lucy's POV*

December 15 1978, the day I would get married.

December 15 1978, also known as, today.

I had woken up ecstatic, I had stayed over at Prongs' and Lilys' but Aurora stayed at a hotel and James, Remus, and Peter had stayed with Sirius.

"It's my wedding day!" I yelled to wake her up. "I know!" Lily yelled back excitedly. "What do I do first?"

"Oh! I know, I'll owl aunt Ari! She'll know!"

"Lucy, calm down for god's sake!"

"I'm too excited!"

"I know!"

After my little, er, excited breakdown if you want to call it that, aunt Ari and Aurora came and helped me and Lily. And well, Aurora as well.

"You know, me and James have been thinking about getting a flat ourselves, here at Godric's Hallow as well. He says that there's too many memories in here."

"So are you going to let it sit here and collect dust?"

"Well, not exactly." she said, "Actually yes. James doesn't want to sell it either."

We talked as the time approached. Lily and Aurora had just finished getting their makeup ready, and they finished changing. beautiful. They looked absolutely beautiful.

"You both look gorgeous!" I said to them, "I agree with her! You two look stunning! Stupefy wouldn't work with both of you!"

"Thank you!" They both rang out, "We still need to see you in the wedding dress, bride!"

"Ok! Ok! I'll put it on!"

I rushed in and closed the door behind me. I was nervous, maybe even freaked out, but i was marrying the love of my life.

I put it on-with a little help- and looked at myself in the mirror.

"You picked an amazing dress! It looks beautiful on you darling!" You see, the thing about Ari is that she rarely calls anyone else darling but me.

"Thank you."

"She's right, you look..wow." Lily started, she looked speechless. "I love it, I can't..wow."

"Right?" Aurora said. "I'm speechless."

Yeah, you got this. Isn't this the day you've waited for your entire life?

I walked up to the building and entered it. Everyone stood up and looked at me, but I only saw right ahead of me, and I looked at Sirius.

As my father couldn't be there to give me away, Newt had then volunteered to which I gladly accepted.

We finally made it next to him and the marriage officiant started,"Friends, we have been invited here today to share with Sirius and Lucy a very important moment in their lives. In the years they have been together, their love and understanding of each other has grown and matured, and now they have decided to live their lives together as husband and wife."

The officiant went on to talk about love, the importance of marriage, and the seriousness of the solemn vow we are about to make and the new life together we're creating.

"Now, the wedding vows."

Padfoot started as James handed him a paper.

"I promise to take you, Lucy Ross, as my wife. The first time I met you, I admit I thought nothing of you but a friend. But as time went in, I noticed your gold heart and stardust soul that make you so beautiful, that make you stand out from everyone and everything else. Then the first time I realized I loved you was one night that we had stayed up all night and snuck out to stargaze. You pointed nearly every star and constellation that could be seen that night, and I just remember thinking of how lucky I was to have you. I promise to eternally love you Lucy."

I smiled and thought of how I will never forget the words that came out of his mouth.

"I made my life an arrow, the tip a deadly sharpened point, so people never came close. That I may disappoint, I'd sit and watch in silence, as the world would pass me by, wondering how fast I'd fly, if I ever try to fly. You watched me with such interest, like it was me you'd tried to find, as though you knew all of my secrets, and the thoughts within my mind. While you looked like all the others, but what I did not know; while I'd made myself an arrow, you had made yourself a bow, and apart we'd been useless, but we'd finally worked out why, since you needed someone to pull you back, if you ever want to fly. So you aimed me with precision, and I flew from the start,  until I landed with a solid thud, on the target of your heart. I love you Sirius Black and I take you to be my husband, now and forever."

"Very well. Sirius, do you pledge to love Lucy and throughout your years together to be honest, faithful, and kind to her? Do you pledge to give to her the same happiness she gives to you, and to respect her for who she is, not who you want her to be?"

"I do."

"Lucy, do you pledge to love Sirius and throughout your years together to be honest, faithful, and kind to him? Do you pledge to give to him the same happiness he gives to you, and to respect him for who he is, not who you want her to be?"

"I do."

"By the power vested in me by the Ministry of Magic, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride."

And so we kissed and people cheered.
