"You okay?" He asked
"Ya," My voice came out in barely a whisper
"Let me check your neck," He said little touching it, "It's going to be a bit bruised,"
"Okay," I said faintly " I need to take a shower"
"Okay, here uh... you can use this," He said pulling out Dove for Men.
"Thanks," I whispered. He leaned over and gave me a kiss on the forehead and then he left closing the bathroom door. I turned the shower on and stepped in. The hot water felt good on my aching body. I grabbed the shampoo Jack gave me. It smelled like cologne. When I was done I stepped out and realized that I didn't have any clothes. I peeped my head out of the bathroom.
"Hey Jack?" I said faintly
"Ya, Ev?" He said
"I don't have any clothes,"
"Oh, I'll get you some," He pulled out some blue shorts and an old t-shirt that was all white.
"Thanks," I slipped the clothes on and went out to crawl into bed. I was getting under the covers when Jack turned around looked at me. He got up from his chair and came over to my side of the bed. He leaned down and kissed me.
"I don't just like you," He said kissing me again " I love you," After that the lights went off and I fell asleep
