"Okay, good luck," she said. I let go and she ran back inside.

Jack ran to the car, Ethan and Mark followed. Mark was running a little slower since he had me in his arms. He laid me down in the back of the car. He laid my head on his lap. Jack pulled out of his parking spot and headed out of the garage. There were lines and lines of cars. Probably from people who came here and never left. Jack was on the highway now driving right down the center. Avoiding crashed cars.

"We're here," Mark said. I sat up and inched my way over to the open door. Mark grabbed my arm and draped it over his shoulder. I couldn't walk well because of all the drugs. I opened my eyes to see a little house. It looked empty.

"Careful Ev," Mark said

"Mark I'm going to pull the car around back," Jack called

"Alright, Ethan you going with?" Mark asked

"Ya, I'll grab the bags and bring them through the back," Ethan said

"Okay see you guys in there," Mark said

We got into the house only to see trash everywhere. Mark walked into what looked like a bedroom and set me down on a mattress. Mark started to walk away, I reached out and grabbed his hand.

"Don't leave," I whispered, "Please," Mark stopped. He turned his head around to me. He knelt down to my face.

"I would never leave you," He said, pressing his lips on mine. He went over to the other side of the bed and crawled on next to me. I could smell the axe and leather. I turned over slowly. My eyelids were heavy. I looked up at Mark, his dark brown eyes meeting mine.

"You smell good," I said closing my eyes again and faintly smiled. He chuckled a bit, then kissed my forehead.

"And what do I smell like?" He asked, smiling.

"Axe and leather," I responded nestling closer to him. He put his nose in my hair and breathed in.

"If anything you smell good," he said

"What do I smell like?" I said faintly laughing a little

"Roses," He said. I smiled.

"Mark!" Ethan called from the other end of the house.

"Ya, Ethan?"

"We found some guns," Ethan yelled

"What type?" Mark replied

"Just pistols, should we grab them?"

"Ya, we'll need them,"

"Okay,"

Mark was so warm. The surrounding air was cold. I cuddled up next to him and fell asleep
