"You look really pretty tonight," John said.

I giggled. "Stoppp! No I don't!"

I was currently up in New York City for college. John was all the way back in Chicago, a thousand miles away. We FaceTimed as often as we could. We both missed each other like crazy, and he was always asking how NYC was for me.

I laughed. "Fine. Only because you seem to mean it."
