#1 - Your POV

"(Y/N)!"

"Rubén!"

"Come hereeee!"

I went to the top of the stairs. I was upstairs and Rubén was hanging out downstairs.

"What's up?"

I was halfway down the stairs when my boyfriend decided to throw his phone. He was lucky I caught it.

"Gah! Ru, what the f*ck?!"

He laughed. "Read it!"

I looked down as he came into sight.

'New Hamilton Tour...'

'Rubén J. Carbajal as John Laurens and Philip Hamilton,...'

'Performances will begin January 8, 2019,...'

I gasped out loud, almost squealing. "Y-You're going back to Hamilton! Oh my God!"

In my excitement, I went down a step too fast and shrieked slightly as I tripped.

I was half-expecting the hit the floor, but wasn't entirely surprised when I landed in Rubén's arms.

He chuckled. "Dare I say..?"

I looked up at him as I wriggled out of his grip. "Don't you say it, Ru."

"Did you just... fall for me?"

I sighed, smacking his chest as he started laughing. "I already fell for you! But you did it!"

I pulled him into a hug, letting him talk excitedly.

#2 - Rubén's POV

"We're in Boston!" (Y/N) chirped to the camera. "Ru, say hi!"

I laughed, looking over at the camera and waving with my free hand (Y/N was currently holding onto my arm). She ended the video, posting it to her Instagram story before tucking her phone in her coat pocket and adjusting her scarf.

"I hate November sometimes... it's too cold!" (Y/N) muttered.

I snickered as we continued down the sidewalk to the Opera House. (Y/N) moved closer to me and held my arm a bit tighter as we walked, not that I minded. "You should be used to it by now, babe."

She pouted. "But I'm notttt!"

"We're almost to the theater. You can live," I responded, grinning.

"But can I? I love you and all but remind me why you brought me out to rehearsals."

I stuck my tongue out at her. "Because I know you secretly enjoy it."

"Only because you're the best.." she mumbled, making me laugh again.

"Point proven."

#3 - Your POV

Thanks to the help of Isa and Hannah, I managed to sneak backstage during intermission. Rubén had no idea I was there since I had been away filming.

"He's gonna freak out," Isa joked as we walked quietly. "You're going to have to control your son, 'Eliza'."

Hannah and I giggled. "But isn't that (Y/N)'s job?"

I mocked offense. "Ru is not my son, he is my boyfriend! I have no control over him."

Both girls laughed as we heard voices from the main room where everyone was. I quickly picked out Austin and Rubén's voices and giggled to myself.

Isa grinned as she opened the door, slipping in without Hannah and I being noticed. "Hey you guys~! I have a surprise! Well... for Rubén at least."

I heard Austin laugh. "I think I know where this is going."

Before Isa could say anything, I opened the door, smiling mischievously. "I think you're right, Austin."

He laughed as Rubén looked surprised. "I knew it!"

Rubén was silent a moment and I looked at him expectantly until the situation finally clicked in his head. I laughed as he smiled widely and hurried over, nearly picking me up. "You're back!"

I hugged him back. "Yeah I am!"

"Please tell me you're staying..?"

"The movie may or may not be done... so yes?" I responded, giggling.

Rubén's smile widened as he gave me a sweet kiss. "Yes!"

#4 - Rubén's POV

"Rubén."

"Rubénnnn."

"Rubén Carbajal!"

"I'm sorry! What if I mess up?!"

Rubén and I were down in Puerto Rico for the And Peggy tour. When we had discovered he'd be returning to the cast, we were both excited. And now it was opening night!

"Babe, you'll do fine! You did amazing back home, what's different then this?"

"It's been a while?"

"Ru, it's been not even three months. Not to mention I catch you singing all the time."

Rubén smiled sheepishly. "Right... right."

I kissed his cheek. "Go get 'em, Laurens."

He kissed the tip of my nose before hurrying off to where Lin and Julia were talking. I smiled to myself and traveled off to my seat.

first set of scenarios done! if you don't know Rubén very well... you need to learn about him. from what i've seen he's such a sweetheart and played an absolutely amazing Laurens and Pips
