~ Tuesday afternoon ~

"Alex! Wait up!" I called to the small male.

Alex and I decided to meet up at a local coffee shop to hang out. Maybe I'd drop some hints on my little crush.

"Have you been writing anything interesting?"

"Well, if you include typing things for Washington, then no."

"Do you ever have to type things for Jefferson?"

"Ew, nope. I say no every time I get asked to. I'm not writing for that *sshat," Alex replied, taking a sip of his (very dark) coffee.

I snickered, taking a sip of my own (F/D). "You and Jefferson. I've never seen such a spiteful relationship."

"Ugh! Don't use the word 'relationship'! That's stupid word choice, just like Jeffersh*t!" Alex rambled.

"You're so lucky you're tolerated," I mumbled, laughing slightly.

"Oh, you love me," Alex teased. If only you knew.

I shot him a look. "In your dreams. You love me."

"Maybe I do, maybe I don't."

I mocked offense. "Hurtful!"

~ Thursday night ~

"Greatest Showman?"

"Greatest Showman!"

John and I were sat on my sofa in my apartment for a movie night. To my excitement, he let me put on The Greatest Showman.

"We should watch something with turtles next," John spoke as I watched as Hugh Jackman appeared on screen.

"You and turtles," I mumbled, listening to the start of 'The Greatest Show'.

"Hey! Turtles are the best animal out there!" John defended.

"Well, I know someone who would agree," I replied.

John gasped. "Really?!"

"Yeah. She's pretty cool."

"Who is she? Peggy? Amara?"
