The weather wasn't the best, it really wasn't. Because of that, the original Broadway cast of Hamilton found themselves stuck in the theater, unwilling to risk the weather.

Feeling uneasy enough, it didn't help that some people out there had the 'decency' to send them threats a couple weeks back. But now they were receiving emails quite often. It wasn't pleasant.

They decided to reside on the stage, all lights on and all the doors locked shut.

Your POV

Being stuck in the theater was just pleasant. But Anthony and I tried our best to have fun and make the most out of our time.

Currently on the stage, I found myself curled up on Anthony's lap, his arms around me securely. Renée was talking to Groff, probably about Angelica. Lin and Pippa were in another area, also chatting happily (I am a platonic lippa shipper leave me be they had such good chem on/off stage--). There was just a lot of pairs. Thayne and Ephraim, Daveed and Oak, Jon and Betsy.

I giggled when I felt a kiss on my head. "I love you.." I heard Anthony say quietly.

I looked up, pecking his cheek. "I love you too."

Before reluctantly getting out of his lap, I kissed his nose and stood up. I went across the stage in search of my bag, which contained my sweater.

Finding it, I turned and was about to move back when there was a quick 'bzzt', and all the theater lights shut off. We were now in pitch black.

I heard Pippa shriek in surprise.

"The f*ck was that?" Daveed asked.

"Who the hell shut the lights off?" Lin spoke.

I sucked in a breath. "Anthony?" I called meekly.

"(Y/N), baby girl, where are you?" his voice responded, trying to maintain a calm sense.

"By the stairs... I'll use my phone light.." I answered quietly.

I turned it on, illuminating faces. Had we not been in the current situation, I would've teased Lin for holding Pippa's hand.

I jumped when we heard something against the theater doors, and hurried back over to Anthony, practically collapsing into his arms. I turned off my flashlight.

"I-I'm scared, Ant..." I whispered, feeling tears start slipping down my face. Burying my face in his shirt, I felt him hug me tighter.

I started crying more when the jostling of the door started getting worse.
