Warning: This poem might touch up on some inappropriate things, but you will see why if you keep reading. This actually does happen to people. And it's sad and can hurt tremendously. Thank you.

Dear darling,
My love,
My pride and joy.
Close your eyes,
And let my voice fill your body.
Close your eyes,
And imagine me there.
See the moon,
Through the strands of hair
That tease my face?
Can't you taste my desire
When you kiss my lips?
So you feel the energy
That I let off
When your fingertips touch my skin?
Can you hear the excitement
In my voice
When I say I love you?
Do you notice
My vulnerability?

In the dark,
I notice you,
I can sense your eyes on me.
I notice
We are both nervous.
Thinking of what we are going to do.
Trying to act casual.
Both of us,
Thanking the dark
For hiding out fears,
And imperfections.
Afraid the other person
Won't accept us.
But we know the truth,
It's just our nerves.

Once we are each other,
Our fears melt.
It's like were never there.
We are drawn together,
Like magnets.
We slowly start making out.
It's like you slowly push me to the bed,
And you're on top,
Kissing me really gently on the neck.

Our shirts come off slowly,
I seem nervous
When you look at my chest,
Even with a bra on,
I feel exposed to your eyes.
You don't seem to mind
When our skin touch.

As more and more of our skin touches,
You seem more and more excited.
So our jeans seem to come off faster,
And our legs rub on each other.
It feels nice,
Causing static.
It feels like a dream,
That I want to carry on forever.

Then we manage
To get the undergarments off.
We are fully exposed,
All our flaws exposed.
All our imperfections,
Just are out there to see,
It’s beautiful.
Nothing is hidden anymore,
It’s like all our secrets are spilled,
But there's no resentment.
No anger,
Just a peaceful silence.

Then all the excitement comes and goes.
The passionate evening.
The shared secrets,
The desire that couldn't be held in,
Over.
Just like a dream.
No way to keep it alive.

The desire for that person,
Still there,
But never to be shown again.
That’s the way life goes
These days,
It’s as if
You can only get a one night stand.

People you believe you love
Can just end up using you.
So be careful who you love
And expose yourself too.
