Falling in love was like waking up to the newly risen sun.
It was like breathing in the spring air.
Letting myself get carried away by the emotions that were just discovered,
The heart ran away and the brain was ignored.
No matter how loud the shouts were,
The heart took over every nerve and thought.
Controlling and conquering the body.
Leaving the fears in a box,
Hoping to never need to acknowledge them again.
But sadly,
That's not how life goes.
Those fears were there for a reason.
They were like angels,
Trying to warn you,
But you ignored them.
Not caring if you got hurt or not.
