Her lips tasted like my desire,
But a hint of pain washed over me,
As I held her body close to mine.
I could feel her tears rolling down her cheeks,
As she tried to kiss away her pain.
Her love for the other men,
Was strong,
And over powering.
The taste of her love for me,
Seemed faint...
But it was still there.Fight for the love?
I knew she was trying her best to love me.
But it wasn't fair,
And it didn't feel right to love her,
When I knew she loved others.
Her heart pounded as I kissed her,
Trying to convince her,
I was the one who deserved her love.
I was the one who wouldn't let her down.
I wasn't going to be like the others. But her tears kept rolling,
And I knew why.
Yet she said...
She was fine,
She was okay.
But I knew,
She wasn't.Her kisses started to become more bitter sweet,
And I didn't know what to do.
Her lips,
Tangled up in mine.
Her breathing,
Got shakier,
And her trembling fingers,
Traced my neck.
She wanted to give herself to me,
But was I going to let her?
