"One hot chocolate please? With extra whipped cream on top. Because I'm extra whipped for you."

"Next," Taehyung says as the person at the front of the line shuffles away, revealing the next person behind him. He smiles when his eyes land on Jungkook. "What would you like?" he questions, eyes flickering down to his screen.

"One hot chocolate please? With extra whipped cream on top. Because I'm extra whipped for you."

"That... Makes no sense?" Taehyung says, eyes coming back up to meet with Jungkook's, smiling amusedly as his finger hovers above the screen, propping an elbow on the counter top.

Jungkook leans over the counter, over the cash register. "Really? It doesn't?"

Taehyung shakes his head, tilting his head to the side slightly. "No, it actually doesn't," Taehyung answers, leaning even closer. There weren't anyone behind Jungkook, so he was glad for that.

"Well," Jungkook says, drumming his fingers on his side of the counter. "I think it does."

Taehyung laughs, shaking his head. "Baby, I really think you need to work on your pick up lines. This ain't it," he says with a small, teasing grin decorating his plump lips.

Jungkook pouts as his boyfriend then shoos him away, calling on the next customer who just walked into the line. He hears a faint "Hi, what would you like?" slipping past his boyfriend's parted lips as he stands to the side, waiting for his order to arrive. As soon as his hot chocolate is made, he takes the cup into his hands, warming them up on the sides as he walks over to Taehyung, seeing there were no one in line waiting at the moment, again. He's told to sit and wait for him, no arguments, so with slumped shoulders, he drags his feet over to the nearest table and sits down, watching his boyfriend finishing his shift up.

Thirty minutes later, Taehyung emerges from the staff room, his work uniform replaced by his casual everyday clothes. Taehyung walks up to him after saying bye to his co-workers, a huge smile on his lips as Jungkook sits up straighter. "You done?" he questions, and Taehyung nods, holding out a hand to him. Jungkook, smiling widely, takes it, and Taehyung pulls him up from his chair. They head out of the coffee shop, into the cold, winter evening. Jungkook shivers slightly, tightening his jacket around him.

Taehyung glances over at the younger and frowns. "Why didn't you take your scarf with you? I told you it was going to be cold today," he chides, turning Jungkook around by the arm. He unravels the scarf around his neck and wraps it around Jungkook's neck. The younger stares at him and smiles shyly when the older tugs him in gently by the ends of the scarf. "I don't want you catching a cold or I wouldn't be able to kiss you or hear your bad pick up lines before the end of my shifts," he says, leaning in to peck the younger on the lips.

"My pick up lines aren't bad! They are amazing," Jungkook says, offended, as soon as Taehyung pulls away.

"Sure, sure," Taehyung teases. "I still love them either way."

"As much as you love me or...?" Jungkook queries, smiling.

Taehyung grins.

"Nothing else I love can top the love I have for you."
