After a long day at work taehyung likes to unwind with his boyfriend on their couch or bed, drinking sweet wine and talking about how their day went but this time was different.
You see, taehyung's version of a long day at work means a great deal of photo shoots- whether it be himself taking the pictures or appearing on them, quite the unconventional way of life to the average person.
He'd fallen in love with cameras in his early days as a child roaming the many mediums of craftsmanship. As time went on, he came across a few modeling opportunities, which caused his name and face to spread across Korea, he didn't mind it but his favorite place would always remain behind the camera.
So when he came home mentally exhausted from all of the hard work and great pictures he managed to get he just wanted to rest.
This time coming home, he brought something with him.
It was a brand new Nikon D850 DSLR camera, which he quickly prepped up on a tripod with an extended lens. Because before taking it out to professional photo shoots, he's gonna test it at home, right?
Of course. With such a pretty, pliable doe-eyed boy at his mercy it would be a shame not to.
" kookie, sweetie, I need your help. " he raised his voice while making last adjustments, diverting the camera in front of their couch and lowering the tripod a little so it would fit his boyfriend's height.
" yeah, tae? What is- " jungkook stopped in his tracks when he reached the living room, " oh. "
" Koo, listen- "
" hyungie... do I have to? " the youngest asked with a small knowing smile, somehow feeling assured that his boyfriend will give up on convincing him to get in front of the camera.
He was simply too shy and insecure to do so, and taehyung never bothered him with it- wanting him to be as content as ever, not forcing him out of his comfort zone.
But jungkook clearly wasn't ugly as he thought he was, and even if he was- it didn't matter. He's the most beautiful man out there, inside and out. So taehyung has to prove that to him.
" baby. Sit on the couch and just let me test this out. Promise I'll stop whenever you'll say so. "
Jungkook groaned, " so. "
" stop that, " taehyung chuckled, " now please sit for me, pretty. I'll reward you for it later. "
But jungkook still wasn't so compliant. He wasn't just going to sit in front of his talented supermodel boyfriend in all of his ugly glory and be photographed with a high quality camera that'll show off all of his blemishes.
Taehyung walked over to him, hugging him from the back, " please? " he whispered, warmth and tingles spreading across jungkook's body, starting at his nape, " you're beautiful and nothing will change that. "
" okay. " jungkook sighed and leaned back into taehyung's hard chest before he let go of their embrace and went back to his place behind the camera.
No backing out now.
Jungkook sat on the couch, tense and nervous while taehyung smiled at him lovingly.
" please smile, pretty. Smile for the camera, will you? " and then motioned to his own smile with his hands. " no teeth, too. Just a smile, bunny. "
Jungkook forced a awkward, teeth-showing smile.
Taehyung hummed, " look at me, baby. Remember when we first met? "
He was taken back a bit. " yeah... "
" remember how shy you were? You were working at that makeup store and when I walked in and asked you for help, you choked up so cutely. You were so, so beautiful and sweet. Still is. "
Jungkook giggled, " it was like I ran into a Greek god. You are so handsome and kind and considerate and caring and- "
" if you don't stop right now I'm gonna kiss you so hard you'll pass out. " taehyung shook his head.
The youngest laughed, " please do. " when a click was heard and he realized taehyung photographed him. " tae- "
" don't mind it. Just talk to me. Remember our first date? "
" of course, " jungkook blushed, " we went to the park and fed ducks. And kissed. And ate too much candy corn. "
" I still believe you made it taste better. I usually hate candy corn. " his boyfriend noted and looked up, " pose for me. "
" h-how? "
Taehyung hummed, smirking, " lean back, look at me. "
Jungkook was looking at him through long black eyelashes and a pout, when several clicks were heard. He smiled softly, knowing by taehyung's hungry gaze that he was doing just fine and then some more clicks echoed.
" You're gonna be the death of me. " taehyung smirked and leaned in to take more pictures.
" Hyung. "Jungkook pouted, " can I photograph you, now? "
" sure. " his boyfriend smiled, " and then we'll order some japchae. "
" hmm, my favorite. " jungkook said, getting up and walking over to his boyfriend, immediately being engulfed in a warm embrace. " your favorite. "
They stayed like this for some time, in each other's arms, jungkook's nose rubbing into taehyung's textured jacket sleeve and turning all red while taehyung buried his own nose into his boyfriend's soft, silky dark hair and breathing in his organic strawberry shampoo, the only thing jungkook would splurge on. Heaven.
" this is nice. " the youngest hummed in content.
Taehyung sighed happily and planted a kiss on his boyfriend's head before stepping over to the couch and leaning on it comfortably, already so effortlessly handsome.
Jungkook snapped a few pictures, his fingers slightly shaking at the tempting view, " tae. Would you make love to me tonight? "
" of course, bunny. " taehyung burst into a beaming smile, " what kinda question is that? All you want and more. "
The youngest smiled then fumbled with the camera for a bit before pressing a button, turning it off and giggling, sitting in taehyung's lap as they made out for the time being, taehyung's big hands resting on jungkook's hips.
" please... " jungkook whined and started grinding down against taehyung. His boyfriend growled in response and pinned him down against the couch, " so needy for me. "
Big, sparkling doe eyes staring back at him, " please, I'm ready. "
And maybe jungkook didn't understand cameras as well as taehyung, and maybe instead of turning it off he pressed the record button.
The rest is history.
