Peter tried to stay calm on the drive to the hospital, but every time Olivia grabbed his hand and squeezed it tightly, it made him even more nervous. He was having a hard time imagining being a father, but he knew he needs to start realizing that it's really happening because the baby was well on its way into the world.
Once they pulled up and parked, Olivia held Peter's hand as they walked towards the front of the hospital. A nurse was waiting out front and smiled when she saw Olivia.
"Dr. Henderson is on her way to the hospital and I was told to take you up to a room and get you registered and set up on heart monitors." She spoke.
"Should I be worried?" Olivia asked, as Noah came up beside her and grabbed her other hand. Olivia gave his small hand a squeeze as she grew more nervous than she had been.
"She just wants us to monitor you and the baby closely. Nothing is wrong. Do you want a wheelchair or would you prefer to walk?"
"I'll walk." Olivia breathed.

Peter waited outside of Olivia's room with Noah. Amanda said she'd be a little late, but she'd get there as soon as she can to pick Noah up. A few nurses had been in and out of the room, and then Dr. Henderson went in and Peter could hear some muffled talking.
"How is she?" Amanda asked, once she finally showed up.
"Momma's in a lot of pain, Aunt Mandy." Noah frowned.
"She's strong, Noah. And you have to go through some pain to get something as amazing as a baby." Amanda spoke, reassuring Noah and unknowingly reassuring Peter also.
"Can I say goodbye to Momma?" Noah asked as he looked up at Peter.
"Uh, you'll be up here soon to meet the baby. I'll tell her whatever you want to say to her." Peter replied.
"Okay, well tell her that I love her and that I'll be the best boy ever when I'm at Aunt Mandy's," Noah spoke.
"I'll tell him that. I love you, Noah." Peter breathed, as he pulled Noah into a hug. That was the first time he told Noah that he loved him, and it made Noah's face grow red.
"What?" He asked.
"Be a good boy. Make sure you go to school in the morning and I'll come to get you once everything has settled down." Peter spoke. He handed Noah's bag to Amanda before they walked away. Peter leaned against the wall for a short moment, before Dr. Henderson came out.
"Your girlfriend is ready to see you. She's doing good, her heartbeat and the baby's heartbeat are strong and she's progressing slowly but it's still the first time she's going through this. Sit by her, just support her and help her, okay?"
"Y-yeah. Uh, she'll be okay, right?"
"She's doing good so far. If something changes drastically, we will do what we need to. But right now, she's fine. Go in there."
---
Peter sat beside Olivia and held her hand. She tried to just act like she wasn't in pain, but Peter knew she was.
"You don't have to stay here through this all. You can go home and get some sleep if you had wanted." Olivia spoke, as she pushed her hair back into a ponytail.
"Do you want some space?" Peter asked, and Olivia bit her lip.
"I don't know... I'm used to being in pain by myself and I never have someone to help me through it."
"But this is different. You have me and I'm not going anywhere unless you tell me to." Peter spoke. Olivia bit her lip before looking at him.
"We need to think of some more names." She breathed, and he grinned.
"I still think that you and I should just wait to name our baby once we meet him."
"Him?" She asked.
"We both don't think it's a girl. You just think that since you have Noah that you are only meant to be a mother to boys." Peter smiled, before leaning down and kissing her softly. She deepened it a bit before pulling away and scrunching up her face a bit.
"You got this, baby."
---
It was a long night for Olivia, but eventually, it came to an end. A loud cry sounded as Peter and Olivia's daughter was placed onto her chest. The baby wasn't the only one crying, because Peter and Olivia were sobbing. Blondish brown hair covered her small head, and Olivia and Peter both couldn't help but think about how perfect she was. Noah was right when he said he thought the baby was a girl.
"You did great, baby." Peter smiled, as he wiped a tear from his cheek before leaning down and kissing Olivia's lips softly. She smiled at him largely as she rubbed the baby's back as she continued to cry.
"We have a baby, Peter... I'm so excited. I love you." Olivia whispered. Peter leaned down and kissed her again before kissing the top of their daughter's head.
"Now, I think it's time for us to clean her up. Are you okay with that?" Dr. Henderson asked, as she grabbed a blanket and wrapped the baby in it.
"Can't I hold her a little longer?" Olivia begged.
"She'll be back in your arms in no time. Peter, you can come and watch if you want, if that might make Olivia feel better."
"Yeah, go with her. I don't think I'll be moving anytime soon." Olivia spoke. Dr. Henderson took the baby and Peter followed right behind her.
For two people who wouldn't seem like the right pair, Peter and Olivia still managed to be in love and bring a perfect baby girl into the world.
Only two hours after the baby was born, she finally had a name that both of her parents thought was absolutely perfect.
"Your big brother cannot wait to meet you, Hadley," Olivia spoke, as her daughter slept snuggled up against her chest.
"Thanks for letting me pick her middle name." Peter breathed.
"Hadley Pamela Benson-Stone is the perfect name for her. And I know that it means to world to you that her middle name is Pamela." Olivia spoke, as she smiled a bit.
"Thanks, Liv. Thank you for her, for Noah, for you."
"You are thanking me for me?" Olivia laughed softly.
"Yeah, because you are amazing and I love you so much. Now, move over. I wanna hold both of my girls."
