You were walking in school seeing everyone being showed love and it made you sick.
Walking past a specific friend group you hear Jonah, your crush talking to his friends about what he's doing for Valentine's Day
"So I think I might ask her out tonight"
"Bro you should definitely do it. You've liked her for way to long it's time for you to man up and ask her" his friend Corbyn tells him
Hearing this you feel your heart break suddenly as you realize he likes someone else.
"Look shes right there go" his other friend Jack says
You look around seeing all the beautiful girls knowing you definitely don't have a shot with him.
You walk faster past his group when you hear an attractive voice calling out for you
"Hey y/n wait up" you turn around and see Jonah running down the hall at you
"Oh hey Jonah"
"Hi so can I ask you something"
"Sure"
"So um uh I've liked you for well a while and it's you know Valentine's Day and i was wondering if maybe you'd uh want to go to a movie tonight like as uh a date"
"Wait are you serious"
"Yeah... unless you don't want to then uh no I wasn't" he scratches his neck
"I'd love to"
"Oh my god yes" he quickly embraces you in a big hug making you laugh
"I can't believe you said yes"
