Aziz stood by his choices, whatever they were. He understood the the power of actions, and their impact on life. The choices he made in all of his life were always made with his heart and a clear head. He relied on instinct, the voice from within. And whatever the outcome, he strongly believed that everything he did served the greater good to those around him.

Finding Mihriban again in his life was a miracle all in itself. For a man who took life as it came, he realized that she returned to his life to make it complete. He was a great father, who took great pride in his sons. He was a great business owner, an accomplished man. It mattered not that his agency closed its doors for a brief moment in time. What mattered was that there were those who chose to fight for it, to reignite the fire that he once felt when he opened the agency. Nothing gave him more pleasure with regards to the agency, than knowing that Ceycey and Deren held on to his dream, and held on to the very essence of what Fikri Harika meant. And when he found out that Sanem was the one who more than anyone saved the agency, he understood that the agency was in good hands, for it was in Sanem's heart...

As much as he felt accomplished in a material sort of way, his heart felt a void that only Mihriban's love could fill again. He was in love with her, and always would. The sight of her eyes looking at him brought him so much light, it would outshine the sun. The feeling of holiding her in his arms again brought back so much love that it mended the broken pieces of his aching heart. He once heard an old wise woman say that some cultures used golden metal to mend broken pieces, for that signified that the pieces were once again whole, and that the light shone especially at the golden metal to let the owner know that the mended bowls or plates or glasses were even stronger after they were mended...

And that is how he felt about Mihriban and their rekindled love. They were wiser now. More aware of their choices. And so much more in love with each other... He could not explain how she made him feel. He could not explain how a love that lay dormant deep within his heart for 30 years, never lost its power, never went away. All that he knew was that this time aroud he would fight until his last living breath to keep Mihriban and her love for him in his life...

Looking at Can and his beloved Sanem made Aziz contemplate on his life choices. And Can's choices too. He saw so much of himself in his eldest son. The pride, the sacrifices, lost hopes, and his fight for what's right. And what was right and so visibly apprent, was that Sanem's love still filled Can's heart and soul, the same as Mihriban's love filled his just as well. Aziz realized that Can would keep fighting for that love deep within, and he hoped that Sanem would keep fighting too. He'd also come to realize that Can would never be indifferent to Sanem's heart and soul. They would just need to trust in their love again, and once more...

Aziz's love and hope for both Can and Sanem felt everso stronger when he saw them lost in the moment of pure happiness and joy when they awoke with baby Kiraz in Can's arms. He could not explain the father's pride he felt for Can at that moment. For Aziz had never seen Can so happy and complete than at that split second of time. The love in Can's eyes matched the feeling of love in Sanem's eyes...

Aziz held on to Mihriban now, for he knew she felt what he felt. She too understood what they were seeing, and what it meant. They realized that their little plot to bring Can and Sanem closer to each other worked even better than what they hoped for. And that their gentle push in the right direction may have been the exact one step needed to make Can and Sanem realize what could one day lay in their future if they let their hearts speak again...
