I get dressed quickly in search of Shawn. I see him packing his bags up. "Leaving so soon?" I joke "yea I was going to tell you I'm leaving for a few days I have a performance in Miami tomorrow " he frowns zipping up his bag.
I frown sadly "why don't you leave from here I'm closer to the airport and I there's a storm going on right now I don't think you should be outside"
"Sam I think I'll be okay I've overstayed my visit I should head home now"
"NO!" I surprise my own self
"Please stay the twins will ask for you I'd rather you not disappear " I frown walking closer to him.
He steps closer to me "is that so?" He smirks
"Yes the twins will miss you " i say again as he gets closer
"You sure this has nothing to do with you?" Our faces are inches apart.
I gasp feeling how close our lips are I feel him grip a hand full of hair from the back of my head and tug it slowly. He knows that's my biggest weaknesses .
"Shawn -" I hitch my breath as he pulls my head back exposing my neck. I feel a wet tongue glide under my chin. We are interrupted by a loud thunder roar followed by screaming children. I jumped myself in fright. Before we can walk to their room they're running down the hall with tears in their eyes . "It's okay buddy" Shawn comforts Liam.
"Mommy!" Mel runs into my arms .
"You're okay princess " I hug her before walking then back to their rooms.
Mid way into tucking them in thunder roars again.
They scream again jumping back out of their beds.
They run up to me again I sigh holding them close.
"I Scared" liam says with teary eyes and pouting lip.
"Okay you can sleep with mommy " I tell them as we walk down the hall to my room. Shawn is sitting on my bed playing with an envelope.
"Daddy"mel walks over to him reaching up
He lifts her up and raises a brow at me
"They're too afraid to sleep on their own it's fine they can sleep with me " I shrug looking at the envelope again
"What's that ?" I ask curiously stepping closer
He tucks it in his back Pocket "it's nothing " he forces a smile focusing on the twins.

After a while of reading to the twins Mel falls asleep while Liam rubs his eyes .
"Night buddy" he kisses his forehead and Liam yells at him "daddy stay" he pouts still rubbing his eyes
"I can't buddy it's okay you have mommy-" Liam cuts off Shawn
"No daddy " he begins to tear up
"Shawn it's okay really you can stay" I smile at him holding Liam close.
Shawn walks over and hops on the other side of the bed .
After about 10 minutes Liam is fast asleep curled up next to me and I am nodding off.
I feel shifting in the bed and see Shawn by the door .
"Shawn -"
"It's okay Sam I'm fine just sleep I'll see you soon"
I frown leaning Liam off of my shoulder.
" Shawn" I whisper sliding Liam onto his side. I crawled out of bed down the hall.
"How long will you be gone?" I ask feeling needy
"Only 3 days" he says zipping his suitcase
"Only ?" I repeat annoyed
"What's wrong?"
"Nothing" I sigh it's pointless to argue
"Sam" he gives me the look
"Three days is just a long time , to me and we all know your three days always turns into a longer time" I frown with my arms crossed
"It will go by quickly I promise if I get the chance to leave early I will" he strokes my cheek
I sigh "okay" there's no point in arguing
"Sam, I promise" he tilts my chin leaning in .
I freeze I want to kiss him so badly but then all my hard work would be for nothing.
To my luck he plants a kiss on my cheek .
"I'll see you soon kiss the twins for me don't want to wake them " he smiles sadly
" you need to take a break " I frown
"And I will I promise this is my last performance for a while and I have a surprise for you so make sure you pack your suitcase"
"Where are we going ?" I ask
"It's a surprise just pack for warm weather" he winked walking back into the room
