Red was always your favorite color. It clashed with your skin tone so you didn't own much of it. Unlike you Cheryl owned tons of it and boy did she look perfect in it. Red was her color.

Everyday at Riverdale high the girl wore some form of your favorite color but your favorite shade of red had to be the girl's hair. You wanted nothing more than to run your hand through the girl's hair while her red lipstick stained your lips.

It was only a fantasy, Cheryl didn't know you. You were effectively a nobody at Riverdale High. You preferred to be a nobody which is why you had told your sister to stay away from you at all cost. Veronica always attracted attention and you wanted none of it. No one even knew she had a sister which is exactly the way you liked it.

However it seems as though you can't always have what you like. Out of the corner of your eye you saw Chuck and Reggie surrounding your sister. Her boyfriend or best friend nowhere in sight.

You were very overprotective of Veronica even if you'd rather drop dead than admit it. So the way the boys stood over her definitely triggered you.

Before you knew it you were standing in front of your sister face to face with the jocks. Your stare was almost the same as hers," Is there a problem here ?"

The two boys laughed at you before Chuck spoke up," No problem here just having a little chat with Veronica," the brown boy reached out to touch your sister, but before he could you grabbed his wrist.

" Well your chat is over now so I suggest you keep moving," you tightened your grip on his wrist, twisting it slightly in the process.

The other boy was about to get involved when you sent a death stare his way. This stare was more like your father's, cold and malicious.

Chuck gritted his teeth in pain and tried to yank his arm out of your grasp to no avail. " No more chats with my sister ok? The next time I see you even looking at her I'm breaking your fucking wrist," with that you released him.

He rubbed his wrist before signaling Reggie to leave with him.

When they finally exited the hallway you noticed all the students staring at you including Cheryl Blossom.

" Are you ok Roni?" She instantly wrapped her arms around your neck and smiled up at you. " I guess you're not ashamed of me anymore."

" I wasn't ashamed I just wanted to keep a low profile," you grumbled at your sister and she let out a laugh.

" Thank you for saving me... really those guys are total creeps."

" You're my sister of course I've got your back." It was at that point people began to resume in their normal activities. It was also at that point when the mystery gang plus Cheryl walked up to you and Veronica.

" Veronica who's this?" Archie said slightly threatened by your presence. " Calm yourself Archibald, I'm just her sister don't be gross." His shoulders seemed to relax at your statement.

" You never told us you had a sister V," the blonde girl spoke curiosity ringing through her voice.

" Ya that's on me. I kinda just wanted to blend in with the average student and Veronica usually makes a statement wherever she goes."

" No way you would've blended in for much longer looking like that," Cheryl spoke up as her eyes traveled the entire length of your body.

Your face flushed as your gaze found the floor. " I uh thank you," was all you could muster out.

" Do you have a name or are we just going to call you Veronica's sister this whole time?" Jughead chimed in and you were going to answer before your sister stepped in.
