Y/n had officially been back at the Avengers tower for a full month now. Things were going fairly well for her. She had been excelling in the training process, she had a bed, warm meals everyday, and Wanda was finally her girlfriend.

The only thing Y/n hadn't done was have a one on one conversation with Bruce. She thought it would be harder to avoid him but the rest of the Avengers did their best to keep them apart.

Y/n had wondered what it had been like after she left but she never thought it was the right time to ask anyone about it. She would've just asked Wanda but she hadn't been there for that.

" Something on your mind my love?" Y/n was currently sat in between Wanda's legs as the witch played with her hair.

" I want to know what happened after I left. I mean they all seem so protective over me, even Tony. He was the one who said I should reconcile with Bruce but him and everyone else make it hard for me to even be with him one on one"

Wanda's hands removed themselves from Y/n's hair and locked around her waist instead. 

" Do you want to talk to your father?"

" I don't know. I feel like me being around is making everyone hate him and that's not what I want. "

Y/n felt like she was creating a rift in the team and she hated it. She found herself snuggling further into Wanda's hold searching for further comfort.

" Don't let how the other's are treating him force you to think that you have to talk to him. If you're ready to talk to him then I'm right here with you and if you aren't ready then I'm still right here"

Y/n tilted her head back to smile up at her girlfriend, " You're the best thing that's ever happened to me, do you know that?"

Wanda couldn't help the blush spread across her cheeks. She leaned down and pressed a gentle kiss to the young Banner's lips.

" I-" before Wanda could finish her sentence an alarm sounded off in the compound.

" Can I assume that's not an alarm that rings when good things happen?"

There was a loud knocking on the door accompanied by Steve yelling," Let's go lovebirds all hands on deck"

Wanda and Y/n suited up and made their way to where the others were waiting for them. Tony had quickly explained that Peter had been overwhelmed with villains in the area. Doc Ock, Green Goblin, Sandman, Venom, Kingpin, and Rhino had all managed to come together and ambush Peter. He was in desperate need of backup.

" So I finally get to kick some ass?"

Tony gave Y/n a stern look," Actually kid we want you to focus on getting Peter and coming back here. If he can't handle it, then I doubt that you can"

She was going rebuttal but Bruce spoke in her place," She's way more capable than your spidey boy." 

Before they could break into an argument Natasha broke out, " We're wasting time, let's go"

Y/n made eye contact with her father and gave him a slight nod of appreciation before they set off in the direction of Peter.

Seeing the scene of the city ignited something in Y/n. Citizens were running for their lives, the city was in pieces, and Peter was trying his best to fight off all of the villains but he was falling short. 

She couldn't deny the nerves she felt running through her body but this what she signed up for. She was going to face this head first and worry about her nerves later.
