Pyramid head x male!reader (part 2)

"The hell is goin' on over here?!" You yelled out, kinda loudly. You took a couple of steps back, to the entrance of the shop, keeping the gun to the side. You walked out and breathed in. Was the sky this reddy color before? Eighter it became dusk very quickly, or someone poured their red tea on the sky. Both is pretty unlikely. The fog reflected the red color, taking some of it on itself. 'There has to be someone here...right?' You thought to yourself.
'Where would people be?' You thought again. Well, taking that theese... creatures are roaming by, looking to harm anyone, someone could be at the hospital right?

You decided to walk downtown, looking at the random map sighns of the town. They were used for tourism before, but now they're the only point of survival, along with your gun. You were just looking at one of theese sighns, untill static came from your phone, waking you out of the study. A monster was nearby. You probably shouldn't hang around too much. You trotted back up the hill, where the hospital was supposed to be. You noticed a bunch of strange things while walking the streets. Like giant holes in the ground, or how noone just existed. Everything was downright abandoned. You soon saw the big metal gates and later on, the big square hospital. It was truly a look. A very big building indeed. It felt as if even that was watching you, with each window being an eye. The gate was open. Inviting you in. You walked through the metal gates and towards the big wooden ones. They were shut tight... no luck there... yet, there was an intercom on the wall. You pressed the ring button and waited for an answer. Probably useless but it's worth a try. Later there was an inviting sound coming from the intercom. "Hello? Can I get acces to the door? I need help..." You recieved silence as a response.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-"
The door clicked open after the loud yell that came from the intercom was finnished. The yell did tug with you, but you didn't try to question it at this point.

You entered and got imidiately welcomed with an agressive smell of rotting meat. You feared the worst. Dead bodies and maybe even worse, monsters. There was no stattic yet so maybe this floor is clear. "Heloo? Can anyone help me?" You shouted, holstering your gun. "The hell you want 'ere boy?!" A pissed off voice came from another intercom that was laid on top of a table. "Hi, yes, my name is (Y/n) and I need help"
Silence for a while
"...What do ya mean help?" The rusty voice asked.
"Well...I need answers" You admitted.
"Ya a detective? Police?"
"No, I had many nightmares about this place and so I went to check it out and...and then I see this madness!" You explained, leaning on the reception table.
"Ay, that's Silent hill boy" The voice tiredly nodded.
"Floor three is where I am. Come up and I'll give ya answers. You can use the elevator but the button for the floor three is on one of the nurses. A little...security system I put up. Have fun getting up here hahaha-"
The intercom cut off with the mans laughter. Asshole...well, let's find the so called nurses. I'm sure they'll be nice enough to give you the button!

Timeskip of ten minutes
I WAS WRONG I WAS SO WRONG!!
The nurses aren't nice at all!!
You quickly ran into one room and shut the door behind you, locking it for good measure. The nurses weren't human. Well, at least not quite. Their faces were covered with fabric and their limbs twisted around their bodies like spaghetti noodles. Their way of comunication was just yelling and screeching. Your back would line as soon as you'd hear another one of those screeches. Not to speak of the constant stattic that came from your phone.

You heard another screech. At first you thought that it came from the other side of the door but it was in the room. With you.
You quickly got up and pointed the gun to the dark corner. The horrible, boneless nurse came from the shadows, cracking in many places. She groaned your way before taking a couple of wobbly steps closer. She screeched before jumping to you. She never landed on you though. Her body fell to the ground with an audible *plump*.
You noticed something on her neck. A necklace? None of the nurses had that. You crouched down to inspect. You slowly reached for the necklace and grabbed it. It wasn't a jewel! It was an elevator button on a string! So this is the chosen nurs-

The said corpse suddenly jumped up scaring the everloving shit out of you, and recieving her final bullet. You fell down to your bum and sighed tiredly. You just wanted some answers and then go home...hell, just destroy this place with an atom bomb!
You got up and walked to the door. No sounds. You quietly unlocked them and looked ouside. The nurses were busy with a dead body of their fallen sister that was wastefuly laid on the ground in a puddle of dried, white and red blood. Perfect time to sneak by, you feel me?
You quietly slipped out and moved alongside the wall and soon began sprinting to the elevator. You pushed the button in and rode to the third floor. You rested your back on the metal wall, as the elevator quietly purred, bringing you up. This place is absolutely mad...
And who's the guy on the intercom? How did he survive this? How does he maintain his mental health?
And most importantly...can he be trusted..?
Your questions will be soon answered, as the elevator happily pinged, signifying that you have arrived to your destination. The heavy metal doors opened and you were welcomed with a shotgun head.

"Pass me yer gun boy." The raspy voice of the man came through. You lifted your arms into the air, having a pissed expression on your face.
"I said pass!" He half-shouted again. "Fine, jeez..." you grabbed the gun and slid it towards him on the ground. He quickly picked it up and motioned for you, with the shotgun, to walk out of the elevator. You obliged and walked out. He pushed you foward, deeper into the building.
"I like it when you outsiders walk straight into me hospitl..." the grey bearded man murmured.
"Y'know, nothing personal kid, but I need to feed the big red Pyramid head thing" he continued ranting.
"Big red Pyramid head thing?" You asked, slowing down and furrowing your eyebrows.
"No more questions! Move move!" He poked you with his gun again.

You arived at a very heavy-looking metal door. He lowered his gun and tied your hands behind your back.
"Alright boy, your sacrifice is good for me and the good of other people yada yada yada go in." He quickly opened the door and pushed you into the room. Already, you could feel eyes, staring you down...
