"Your almost ready." Calum said as I gasped for air on the ground, "would you like to meet the rest of the clan?" I nodded, standing up, my body was getting used to the exercises so it no longer hurt as much.

"Where will we go to meet them?" I said, my breath returning to me.

"Follow me." He gestured to a place in the woods as we started walking. "There's me, I'm the leader, Dark, she seconds in command, Jay, Jamie, and Lori are our head warriors, Nichole's in charge of it like our army officer, Jay and Jamie have been working with fighting off this unicorn that keeps attacking." Unicorn?

"Oh, I think I might know that unicorn, we made it to protect the forrest before I knew you were here. Wait, does Slender know your in the forest?"

"Of course, he allowed us too, 100? Maybe 200 years ago?"

"Oh okay." I nodded as we walked a little further.

"Here we are!" He announced as we arrived to a little dip in the earth, the grass was a faded yellow around and it seemed nothing was there, he noticed my confusion, "come on," he pulled me forward. I felt as if he had pulled me into a wall but soon that emotion was replaced with the feeling of passing through Jello then falling out. I realized my had my eyes closed and I was on the ground, slowly opening them I saw I wasn't in the forest anymore but a happy village. Small children played in a field centered in the middle of the village, a group of people walked down the street, most with a sword like Calum had on his back.

"Shadow meet, Dark, my co leader," he gestured towards a girl black hair and black ears, her eyes glowed yellow but she seemed kinda shy.
"H-hi," Calum looked at a girl with brown hair, matching ears and green eyes, "this is Lori, she helps with the Zalgo involved incidents." She held out her hand meeting mine, concealing it into a hand shake. "Jackie and James, twins. They help with citizen control." He gestured to the two bickering twins, they saw him looking and immediately stopped, silence fell over them as they turned to look at Calum.

"Hey bro! What's up? Who tha new girl?" He said, his eyes dancing on my skin. I felt myself blushing, my wolf ears perking up. Calum glared at the boy.

"Levi, this is Shadow, her mother was the first co leader of the clan, please stop being so chidish."

"Nah." He then walked away just, shooting finger shaped guns at me making clicking sounds with his mouth, I laughed at his act.

"Yeah, that was Levi, he's my younger brother," he ran a hand through his hair, "he's a little, you know."

"I get it," I told him as we started walking, leaving the twins fighting and Lori trying to break it up. "We have some of your mothers belongings we thought we'd give to you," he said, opening up the door of a small cottage. Boxes aligned the room each with a name above them, he walked with me up to one with the name Johanna printed on it. Calum wiped off some dust on top of the box and gently opened it, a musky smell emerged from the small wooden time capsule.

"So how old is this stuff?" I asked, looking at all the small trinkets.

"The newest stuff is about 20 years old but the older things date back from hundreds of years, they've been passed down to her."

"What made my mom want to leave?"

"James, he saw her around town and 'love at first sight' happened, or that's what they claimed." He put air quotes around the love at first sight, also making his voice sound like he was joking. "Anyway, you get to take her belongings." He picked up the box, gently handing it to my outstretched arms. "Did you read that note I gave you?" Oh yeah.

"No I meant to but I haven't yet." I admitted, hanging my head slightly as we started emerging from the storage room.

"It's a family chart, it has more information that what I've told you." He said, we walked closer to the end of the green grass before passing through the imaginary wall and being met with the yellowed grass and the town disappearing. "Training tomorrow correct? Also, any questions?"

"Yes training tomorrow, and just one question. How do you disguise your village?"

"Dark helps with that, she was taught black magic, it's a little weak because she was not born with it and she relies on the book, but it hides the village from any people who trespass into the first from finding it. Inside we train soon to be fighters and the girls either fight or tend to some o f the additional work." I nodded seeing the mansion come up ahead.

"Well, I can find my way from here, goodbye!" I called, beginning to run with the old box rested on my hands.
