Sometimes You Forget...

Sometimes in Wings of Fire, you forget....

-That Qibli's mother sold him, but Thorn BOUGHT him.

-That Riptide and Tsunami were supposed to have a kiss in Book 2, but because it was deleted, we will never know who kissed who first.

-Kinkajou has no idea who her family is

-Clay's mother gave up her son for lunch without a second thought

-Viper had more canon family than Fatespeaker, Kinkajou, and Carnelian put together

-Riptide not only went to the Sandwing Stronghold for Tsunami, but he helped hold Clay down while Peril dealt with the viper bite.

-Not a single dragon on Pyrrhia knows that Kestrel's son survived

-Sky has no idea he has a sister, or that he was mere feet away from his mother once.

-Tsunami is still living with the secret that she killed her father, and none of the other Dragonets have told Coral either.

-Cliff has a father somewhere, but he's so irrelevant that we will most likely never know his name.

-Peril and Clay are the only ship in the series to actually have asked each other out on a date, and presumably gone on a date.

-Glory has no idea what happened to Deathbringer's mother

-Glory has an actual way to figure out who her parents are, and has no desire to find out. She could also have a sister that could one day challenge her for the throne, and she has no idea.

-We don't know how many Rainwings died before the Nightwing's experiments were stopped

-Literally no one in Winter or Qibli's families care if they live or die, except possibly Hailstorm

-Did I mention QIBLI WAS SOLD

-Nobody's told Pike that Anemone likes girls. Poor guy probably still has a crush on her.

-Clay decided not to stay with his biological siblings because they knew they were happier without him as their Bigwings

-Farsight, Coral, and Thorn wanted their dragonets desperately, and they all reacted differently to when they were taken from them. Farsight died, Coral wrote a story, and Thorn took over an entire city, build a small army, and tore the world apart. It's easy to see who the best mother is.

-Clay still doesn't know who his father is, and neither do any of his siblings

-Carnelian is the only dragon to get a funeral in the series

-Skywings have a religion to the sky, and they cremate their dead. No other tribe is seen to have a religion, although it's highly possible

-Darkstalker, Arctic, Albatross, and all the Icewing animuses before Arctic used their magic the majority of the time to help/protect others (the Great Ice Cliff, toys for Whiteout, dreamvisitors, shield for the Nightwing Kingdom to protect the tribe, a Palace for the Seawings, that moonglobe tree in the Ice Kingdom, etc.), and all of them are forever seen as wicked, horrible animuses. Turtle uses the majority of his magic to benefit himself (get more food, to spite his sister, to remember notes for himself, to get his brothers to live him again), but is seen as a good and noble animus.

-The spell Darkstalker put in place to kill any Icewing that attempts to enter Nightwing territory is likely still in place, and we have no idea how many dragons have died accidentally because of it.

-Fathom never knew where Clearsight ended up or what happened to her.

-We still don't know where Umber and Sora went
