AN: Pretend pregnancy tests existed in the 1920's. Also know nothing of this show so forgive me for characters that are acting OOC
Hayley checked all of the the tests that she had taken to make sure that there hadn't been a false positive.
"Shit. Now what am I going to do?"
She mumbled to herself as she hurried to throw them all away to hide them from you. Neither of you had planned to have kids so both of you went to great lengths for birth control so she was sure that they had been a bad batch.
Existing out of the bathroom, she checks that you're not around before making her way to the telephone to ring for her doctor.
"What are you up to, Hayley?"
Klaus ask from behind as he sees her try to discreetly call someone.
"That's none of your business, Klaus. I told you to leave me alone. You wouldn't want me to call your sister on you, right."
He holds up his hands as he smiles.
"Relax. I noticed you were tensed and figured I should ask if you were okay. I didn't mean anything b..."
"I'm pregnant."
Klaus looks at her perplexed, thinking that he heard her wrong.
"Come again."
"I said that I'm pregnant."
"Who's the father?"
"It's your sister, you idiot."
"Are you 100%, I never pictured her as the loving parent type."
"No, I'm hoping to god that the tests malfunctioned so I'm going to the doctor. Can you come with me?"
"Is my sister going to kill me if she sees me with you?"
"I'll hold her off. Please, it won't take long."
"Alright, lets go."

"Well what did he tell you?"
"He said that I'm pregnant. I'm having (y/n)'s kid."
"Well good for my sister. I was worried that the Mikaelson line will die off."
"It's not good! We've never talked about having kids. What if she doesn't want them? I don't think I can get rid of them."
Klaus takes pity on Haley and weirdly pats her on the back to try to calm her down.
"There. There. I know my sister. She won't do that. I can be there if you want me to when you tell her."
Hayley wipes away her tears and shoves the paper in her purse.
"No. I can do this. Just take me home."

"Hayley! I'm home!"
You yell to her as you closed the door.
"In the living room."
You hear Hayley answer you. You take off your coat and put away your things as you make your way to the living room to great her. She's nervously holding on to a paper and it makes you worry as you had never seen her like this.
"What is it, baby? Did something happen?"
Hayley just closes her eyes and hands you the crumpled piece of paper for you to read. Your eyes quickly skim through the paper to see what was going on.
"We're pregnant?!"
Hayley had expected you to lash out, be upset or anything between those emotions but she hadn't expected for you to be this excited about it.
"You're not angry?"
"Of course not. Sure, they weren't planned but they'll be loved. I want to fully support you in our baby."
"Just like that? You're not going to ask any questions or anything like that?"
"Should I ask something? How far along are you?"
"Just over 3 weeks?"
You nod with a smile, excited about the thought of having a kid.
"Marry me, Hayley?"
"(y/n), don't you think this is a little too quick. We've only been together for a few months."
"And I already know you're the love of my life and now you're carrying my child. I want to marry you, Hayley."
You take off one of your rings and hold it out as you waited for an answer.
"Yes! Of course, I will."
As you slid the ring in her finger, you pulled her in for a kiss.
"I can't wait to be able to hold them in my arms."

Nine months later and (baby name) was born. Both you and Hayley watched as they slowly opened their eyes.
"I'll do anything to keep you and your mommy safe."
