"So (y/n), what's it going to be? Answering my question or eat the fish eye?"
You gave the fish eye a wary look. Wanting to see if it at least smelled better, you picked it up to smell it, only to almost throw up as you did.
James just laughed and repeated the question.
"Are you or are you not in love with Hailey Baldwin."
You had been invited as the guest start to James' show. They hadn't told you what kind of segments they were going to do with you so you thought you had a chance to not participate in the 'Spill you guts,' segment but you had been foolish to think so. The majority of the questions weren't too bad so you ended up spilling your guts but this question was the exception. To reveal to the world about your feelings to Hailey or eat the fish eye, that was the question.
"I..I just. Is there any way I can eat some of the other things."
"Nope! Answer the question or eat the fish eye."
You sighed and closed your eyes as you thought about you would respond. Your friends had been trying to get you to tell you Hailey how you felt for the past year and maybe this was your once in an opportunity to finally do so.
"Oh god. I can't believe that I agreed to do this but the answer is yes. I'm in love with Hailey."
There's a serious of 'aww's' as well as a few shocked expressions from the crowd but you pay no attention to them.
"Well there you have it folks, we've finally got the question answered that's been in everyone's mind for the past year.'
James goes on to say a few more things about the show and then it cuts for a commercial break. You excuse yourself quickly to check your phone to see if you had gotten any messages from Hailey, only to find that she had texted you that the two of you needed to talk. You were nervous about what she wanted to say so you ignored the message and headed back out to finish the show.

Hailey had mean to tell you about the fact that she had started dating Justin about a week ago but since you were busy doing a press tour for your latest disc, the two of you had not been able to sit down and talk to catch up with each other.
"You didn't tell her, did you Hailey?"
Hailey shakes her head at Justin's question.
"You need to tell her."
"I..I will."
He starts to say something but is cutoff by her phone ringing. She excuses herself and heads other room to talk to you.
"Please tell me that you didn't saw the show, right?"
"I uh did."
"Oh god. I didn't meant to put you on the stop but I couldn't stomach the fish eye. I would've thrown up on screen and that wouldn't have been pretty."
