You absolutely hated any kinds of confrontations but the way Eliza's been acting around you was giving you no choice. She flirted with you and it didn't even matter to her that you married Arizona. She thought it was some kind of game, trying to get you to blush or stutter with the crude words that will come out of her mouth when she flirted. The only thing that you were grateful for was that Eliza hadn't done it in front of Arizona. There was no doubt in your mind that Arizona would speak her mind and that wouldn't be appropriate for the workplace.

It's near the end of your shift and you're exhausted. You're making your way out of the break room and back to you patient's room when Eliza stops you.
"You look tired. Are you finally getting tired of you wife? You can always call me and I'll come running to help you with any marital problem the two of you might be having."
With the combination of exhaustion and lack of sleep, you exploded. You were sick of Eliza and her big mouth. You weren't going to drag Arizona into this so you were just going to deal with her ass.
"Enough!" This catches the attention of everyone in the hospital floor. They've all come to a standstill, waiting to see what you were going to say. Eliza looks embarrassed and tries to leave from the scene but you don't let her. You take her hand and turn her back around so she was facing you. It was time that you spoke your mind. "This has to stop, Eliza. Solve your own issues. You're sick. You need help. You know that I'm married and yet you continue to flirt and practically borderline harass me. I'm sick of it. I'm sick of you disrespecting me, Arizona and my marriage. I swear to god that the next time you so much glance at me the wrong way, I'm going straight to HR about this. I will spill everything that you've been doing and I'm not going to with my complaints until they fire you! Do you understand?" Eliza opens her mouth but the thought of hearing her voice, repulses. "Nod if you understand." She does and you let her go.
Finally realizing the situation you're in, you turn around and apologize to everyone. You're late to meet with your patient so you make a run for it.

"So, I heard what happened. Why didn't you tell me that Eliza was harassing you?"
"I didn't want to bother you with it. I thought she would stop when I didn't return her advances but she never did."
Arizona sighs as she joins you in bed. She had started her shift when yours had ended.
"I wouldn't have been bothered about this."
"Arizona, please. Just drop it. It's been handled. If she bothers me again then I'll come to you and HR."
Arizona drops it, knowing that you would just get upset if she continued bringing it up. You were right about it being handled but she was still going to have a word with Eliza. For now, she just cuddled close to you. She had missed you. The two of you soon fall asleep.
