Clémence could almost cry tears of joy as she read the positive pregnancy that she had taken to confirm her suspicions. The two of you had decided to try for another kid as Liam wasn't as young that the two of you would be having trouble to take care of two kids. As with Liam, Clémence wanted to carry the baby again since she said your job was way too stressful and important for you to miss a single day. You argued with her about how family was much more important and that you could always hire someone to take over for a while but she was too stubborn and you knew that you were never going to win against her in the argument. So 7 weeks later and the stick was now reading positive.
You were still at work so she couldn't really bother you. Clémence wanted to tell you the good news so she made you your favorite dinner to be ready by the time you arrived home.
"Clémence, darling. I'm home."
"In the kitchen!"
She answers you back.
"It's smells delicious. Is that what I think you're making?"
"Come see for yourself."
You took off your coat and shoes to make your way over to the kitchen. Finding that she had in fact cooked your favorite meal. You greeted her with a kiss and then made your way over to Liam that was currently sitting down on the dinner table so Clémence could keep an eye on him while she cooked.
"What's the special occasion?'
"No special occasion"
You give her a suspicious look but focus back on Liam as you greeted him with a kiss too. Asking him simple question about what the two of you had done and what he was currently doing.
"Dinner is ready!"
You gave Liam a kiss on the top of his head as you stood up to help her with the food.
"Have I told you that you're amazing?"
"Quite a few times."
You gave her a smile and leaned in to kiss her as the two of you sat down to eat.
"Well I need to tell you more because you really are. I'm so lucky that you agreed to be my wife."
"I'm the lucky one. You spoil me too much."
"Like I've always said. Nothing but the best for my wife and kid."
"Kids now."
You almost choke on the bite that you had taken as you hear her.
"I'm sorry, did I hear you right?"
Clémence gives you a smile as she nods.
"I got a positive today. We're pregnant again."
You couldn't help yourself but pull her in for a deep kiss. Unable to really hug her as the two of you were still sitting.
"I can't believe this is happening."
"Well believe it. I want to make sure that it's not a false positive so I've set up a doctor's appointment but I have a feeling that it's not. Will you come with me?"
"Of course! Oh, I can't believe such wonderful news. Did you hear that Liam? You're going to be a big brother!"
Liam just gave you a confused look and that caused for the two of you to explain to him the concept of being a brother. Once he was able to get it, he was quite happy.

"Well Mrs. and Mrs. (last name), it came back positive. Congratulations, the two of you will get to be mothers again."
You couldn't help but pull in Liam and Clémence into a tight hug. You finally let them go when the doctor starts talking about what the next few months would be like and soon enough the two of you are heading home.
"We should tell our publicists about this. Make sure that they kill any stories that we're expecting another kid. We'll let the world know when you're close to giving birth."
"That's what I was thinking. I don't think I'm ready to deal with the press and public knowing about this."
"I know, darling. Leave it to me. I'll take care of everything."

As agreed, you and Clémence ended up posting an announcement about the news of having another kid at 8 months. It was just a simple baby announcement with a picture that was taken during the baby shower.
The public nor the press had any clue about this but they weren't surprised considering the two of you were such private people.
