Mikayla knocked on Dumbledore's office door, to receive a nasty surprise as Cornelius Fudge and Umbridge were in his office. "Oh sorry Professor, I didn't know you had company, I'll come back another time." Mikayla goes to spin around but is stopped by Umbridge who tells her to join them. "You're just the girl I wanted to see." Fudge spoke, Mikayla looked around the room to get any indication on why he wanted to talk to her. "You wanted to talk to me?" Fudge smiled at Mikayla's confusion, "did you know you're suppose to alert the Ministry that you're an Aevus Seer, Miss Black?" Mikayla nodded which took all the adults by surprise, "you knew and didn't tell the Ministry?" Mikayla nodded again, this made the Minister smile, "and why is that Miss Black?" Umbridge questioned emphasising on Mikayla's surname, Mikayla smiled politely. "Well the law says that the Seer is to be report to the Ministry with their parents or close blood relative before their 17 or alone on their 17th birthday. And since I found out I was an Aevus Seer after my mam died, and my dad is currently on the run from you because you blamed him for crimes he didn't commit. And the fact all my close blood relatives are dead, I was waiting until I was 17 to go alone." Mikayla could see a hint of a smile on Dumbledore's face.

Fudge pulls out a top of parchment with a contract Mikayla has read about, the Proclamation of Aevus, this document gives the Ministry permission to document all of Mikayla's prophecies. Mikayla backed up a bit, her wand in hand by her side as she stares at the Minster preparing the contract to be signed. Mikayla looked at Dumbledore for help, hoping he knew what was going on in her head, the panic and worry. "Right Miss Black, you can sign here." "No, I can't." Mikayla shook her head, Umbridge grabbed her wrist yanking her towards the contract. "I will not sign that, not until I am of age." She backs away from the table but Umbridge's vice grip on her wrist wouldn't let her go too far. Fudge looked a little distressed at Umbridge trying to force the blonde to sign it. "If you keep forcing me, it won't be a legalised contract. The parchment will deteriorate." Mikayla warned, and suddenly felt a slap across her cheek, Umbridge had slapped her in front of the Minister of Magic and Hogwarts Headmaster. Neither of them moved to the young girls aid, Mikayla stared at the parchment, putting her wand in her pocket before performing some silent wandless magic causing the contract to catch fire.

Umbridge let go of her and Mikayla went running, down the stairs out of the office and through the school, tears spilled slightly as she ran. She didn't stop until she reached the edge of the Forbidden Forrest. "Miss Black, what are you doing?" A cold voice came from behind her, she spotted Snape looking at her and he saw the tears on her cheeks. "I saw you running, you looked distressed. What happened?" "Not here." Mikayla spoke quietly looking around to see students and some Professors staring at them, she began to walk back up to the school. Ginny approached her, "are you ok? What happened?" Mikayla looked around, "I'll tell you when they're less listening ears." Ginny nodded, Mikayla made her way to Snape's office.

She waited for about ten minutes before Snape arrived with McGonagall by his side. Mikayla had cried a little while waiting making her eyes red and puffy and her cheeks stained with tears. She looked up at her two Professors, she smiled slightly as they took their place at Snape's desk. Mikayla's wrist was bruised and her face stinging red from where Umbridge slapped her. "I went to Professor Dumbledore's office to speak with him, Fudge and Umbridge were there and turns out they were there for me..." Mikayla went on explaining to the two Professors about what happened in Dumbledore's office as she rubbed a drop of healing potion Snape gave her because McGonagall didn't know about Mikayla's potion. "They wanted you to sign it now?" Mikayla nodded. Snape looked a little off while McGonagall looked stunned at this information, just then Dumbledore arrives in the room. Mikayla looks down at her hands, "Professors can you give me and Miss Black a moment alone?" The two teachers left the second Dumbledore asked them to leave, he sat down next to the blonde. "There's something else troubling you Miss Black, something that drove you to my office in the first place." Mikayla nodded, she smiled shyly at the Professor trying to hide her emotions of his silence when Umbridge was hurting her.

"He's after a prophecy, the one made about him and Harry by Professor Trelawney to you years ago. Harry Occumlency lessons aren't working, he saw Voldemort talking to Rookwood, about Bode being under Lucius' Imperius Curse to retrieve the prophecy. Voldemort hasn't figured out yet that only him and Harry can pick it up off the shelf in the Hall of Prophecy. I am worried that he'll figure out about his connection to Harry and trick Harry into helping him." Mikayla spoke at lightening speed, as she explained her fears. Dumbledore nodded, "I must apologise to you Miss Black for what happened in my office, I sent Fudge on his way once you ran. And I must say, you've gotten quiet good at the non-verbal wandless magic, your mother would be proud." Mikayla nodded smiling at her Professor, but she had this horrible feeling in her gut, "Professor, I don't like the feel of the future." Dumbledore nodded standing up, "i think you need to keep your distance from Professor Umbridge or at least lay low on correcting her." Mikayla reluctantly agrees to not push Umbridge. Then she felt a really dizzy and light headed, "Profess-" Mikayla fell forward hitting the cold ground and falling into an Anxietas Episode...
