Mikayla woke up at 10am the next morning to see Avery stressing over choosing out an outfit, something Mikayla has never seen Avery do ever. "Ok, what are you panicking about?" Mikayla asks as she rolls out of bed, "Parvati is visiting today and I have nothing planned or to wear!" Avery says before dramatically star-jumping onto her bed, Mikayla's mood perked up with the news, "oh my Merlin, it's your first official date! Ok, how about a picnic down by the pond or under the Oak Tree and cloud-gazing after? That way you can learn more about her by what she sees in the clouds and what food she eats and by talking of course. Oh do you know her favourite flower?" Mikayla comes up with a plan, "a sunflower why?" Mikayla pulls out her sunflower romper, "this is perfect for a summer picnic date, and why not give her a sunflower, I'm pretty sure mum has a vase full of them in the kitchen," Avery's eyes widen but Mikayla doesn't understand why, "mum? that's new." Mikayla found herself growing a small smile on her face, "it just kind of flowed without my brain coping it." Avery smiled at the blonde, "maybe we should ask them if it's ok that we call them mum and dad." "We?" Mikayla questions, it's took her three years to get to the stage where she is now, "yeah, I see them as parental figures as well, I almost called Arthur dad a couple days ago." Mikayla smiled and pulled her sister into a hug, "right, we'll get ready for the day and talk to her together but we need to talk to Ginny and Ron about it first to make sure they're ok with it as well."

Mikayla and Avery rushed downstairs and out into the garden to greet Ron and Ginny at the chicken coop, "we wanted to ask your permission for something." Avery cuts straight to the point, Mikayla was hiding her nerves whatsoever as Ginny looked at her worried. "We wanted to make sure that you two are ok with us calling Mr and Mrs Weasley..." Mikayla began allowing Avery take over, "mum and dad," Mikayla quickly butted in, "if you're not ok with it, it's totally fine, we understand that we're not their real kids," "or your blood siblings, and you might not be comfortable with it." Avery concludes, Ron and Ginny look at each other as though they were having a conversation with their minds, "of course you can call them mum and dad, blood doesn't define family." Ron tells them pulling all of the girls into a group hug, Mikayla had gotten quite emotional by their blessing with even realising it until they pulled away and she wiped away some tears, "hahah, sorry, I'm an emotional wreck." This makes the other three giggle lightly as tears had also gathered in their eyes. "Right now, we have to run it by mum and dad." Avery sighs as she looks towards the kitchen, she was clearly more nervous about talking to them.
Mikayla took the lead this time as she saw that Arthur had come home for Lunch, it seemed like the perfect time to talk to both of them. Ron and Ginny told them that they were going to collect the eggs since they hadn't gotten around to it just yet. "We were wondering if we could talk to you two about something rather important.." Mikayla began, Molly looked a little worried and decided that she would be safer if she sat down next to her husband. "Everything ok?" Arthur asks once Molly takes a hold of his hand, "oh yeah everything is great, we just wanted to ask if you're ok with Avery and I calling you..." Mikayla takes a deep breath before continuing, "Mum and Dad." Avery took a hold of Mikayla's hand for some support, before the brunette spoke up, "we know that we're not you biological kids and we made sure that Ron and Ginny were ok with it before we even asked you, but if you're not ok with it then-" "Of course, you can call us Mum and Dad girls." Arthur speaks up as Molly's bottom lip trembled as she fought back tears, Mikayla and Avery sighed in relief then they excitedly pulled the two adults into a hug. Mikayla could hear Molly sniff in the hug before feeling more arms joining, Ron and Ginny had joined the hug.
"Alright now, sit down for your lunch." Arthur ordered once the hug ended, "I'm not eating lunch, Parvati will be here soon and I want to have a picnic with her, would you be able to help me put a picnic together mum?" Avery asks Mrs Weasley, who almost burst into tears again, "of course dear, we'll do that now while everyone else eats." Mikayla sits down next to Ron and Ginny sat across from her and the whole group jump as Charlie arrives in the kitchen, they had forgotten he was staying for a week. Charlie took a seat next to Ginny, "I was going to come down 10 minutes ago but your conversation seemed important. Welcome officially to the family girls." Charlie winks at the two girls as they beamed glad that he was cool with it. "I was thinking us four could play some quidditch, girls versus boys, since Avery will be too busy snogging her girlfriend." Charlie snorted as Ron almost choked on his food, Mikayla slapped his back as she laughed at his reaction, whilst Avery threw a frozen roll at the older redhead, it bounced off Charlie's head almost broke the light, Ginny was almost in tears from laughing so hard. Arthur almost seemed sad that he had to go back to work, "goodbye dad," all the kids and Charlie call as Arthur is about to leave, he beams at the chorus before a small crack sounds and Arthur disappears.

This week I started my first year in College/University, and I've been pretty occupied finding my balance with work load, so for the next couple of weeks updates will be a bit scarce but I'll try my best to do weekly ones of 2/3 chapters.
