How to Work for Fred and George

"So Mikayla and Avery are going to be working with you for a couple of hours since they're underage they can't work more than 5 hours a day," George began explaining to Verity and Fred took over, "but we'll make sure they're working during the busiest hours to help you out at the till and navigating customers." Verity nodded, "now we've gotten yous these books." George spoke pulling two books from behind the counter, Mikayla instantly knew what that the book was a Conversation book. "As you know, we have a matching clothes uniform, this way you three girls can talk to each other about what you're theme will be for that work day such as colour/pattern/texture." Fred explains why they've been giving the books, handing one to Verity and one to Mikayla, who grabbed a Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes sticker attaching it to the cover of the book, "I already have two of these books, I think Hermione, Harry and Ron will be a little confused if I try to coordinate outfits with them." Fred and George chuckle at the thought whilst Mikayla slid the book into her little blue bag. "Alright, Verity you can go home now, thanks for all the help today." George smiles at the pretty blonde, "see you tomorrow Mr Weasley and Mr Weasley." She smiles to the boys before she apparates out of the shop.

"Right! Let's get cracking." George claps his hands together before rubbing them slightly. "We'll start with the different sections," Fred plans, "then we'll show you the store room, and how to use the till." George finishes. Fred and George lead the two girls to a wall that was very pink, the section was called WonderWitch. "Alright so we have Calamity Lotion that costs 1 Galleon, 11 Sickles and 17 Knuts, Crush Blush for 1 Galleon, 9 Sickles and 22 Knuts. Cupid Crystals for 1 Galleon, 13 Sickles and 3 Knuts. Everlasting Eyelashes for 1 Galleon, 11 Sickles and 28 Knuts. First Love Beguiling Bubbles for 1 Galleon, 9 Sickles and 19 Knuts. Flirting Fancies for 1 Galleon, 11 Sickles and 7 Knuts." Fred lists out, Mikayla began scribbling the names of the products and their prices in her little notebook, so that she can memorise them. "And we also have Heartbreak Teardrops for 1 Galleon, 6 Sickles and 28 Knuts. Kissing Concoction for 1 Galleon, 9 Sickles and 22 Knuts. Love is Blind Eye Serum for 1 Galleon, 11 Sickles and 25 Knuts. Love Potions for 2 Galleon, 11 Sickles and 8 Knuts. Patented Daydream Charms for 1 Galleon, 9 Sickles and 13 Knuts. Pygmy Puffs for 2 Galleon, 15 Sickles and 23 Knuts. Ten-Second Pimple Vanisher for 1 Galleon, 15 Sickles and 25 Knuts. Twilight Moonbeams for 1 Galleon, 9 Sickles and 22 Knuts." George finishes out the list of the WonderWitch products, "do you want to try any? so you understand them better." George questions, Mikayla raised an eyebrow at him in suspicion, "no thank you..." she responded as she notices Fred was reaching for the kissing concoction. Fred sighs sadly, as he stopped reaching for the sweets. "Anyway let's move on..." George clapped.

After showing the girls all their products, explaining how they work and how much they cost, George and Fred led the girls through a wooden door that was hidden behind a curtain. "We've organised the store in six sections to go with our six sectors." Fred informs them, "and then everything is in alphabetical order in their sectors." Mikayla and Avery split ways looking around to the store room, taking in the shelves etc, Mikayla spotted a desk that was filled with brewing supplies, she inspected the set up, quite impressed with the twins organising skills. "Mikayla we wanted to ask you something..." Fred's voice came from behind the blonde spooking her slightly as she was examining their cauldron. "Shoot." She told them as she stepped away from the desk and approaching Fred and George that were leaning against the 'Protection Products'. Avery came into view standing next to her sister, "well we were hoping you'd be willing to do a potion collaboration with us." Mikayla smiled rather honoured by the boys request, "Carra Curatio?" Mikayla asked them, they both nodded.

"So what are we thinking? 70/15/15?" The twins looked shocked at Mikayla's request before she realised they misunderstood, "I meant you get 70 percent, I get 15 percent and Avery gets 15 percent." The twins relaxed before Fred and George held out their hands, Mikayla shook George's hand whilst Avery shook Fred's. "Wait, why do I get a percentage?" Avery turned to Mikayla, "you're my sister and mum would've wanted it this way." Avery gave her sister a quick hug, thanking her. "I think I have it in my notebook.." Mikayla rummaged through the pages of her notebook, finding the page with the recipe and ingredients of Carra Curatio. She went to pull out her wand before she stopped herself, "you may copy it." She informed the boys as she reminded herself that she was underage. "Geminio," Fred says as he points his wand to page, before another copy appears on top of Mikayla's notebook. "Wait, we have to do the contract first." George told Fred, before pulling out a single page of parchment awaiting Mikayla's signature. Mikayla read the contract, filling in the percentages and who gets what percentage before she signs it, then Avery, then Fred and finally George. "Are you ok with us selling it for 3 Galleons and 10 sickles?" Mikayla quickly does the math, "so Avery and I get 9 sickles each for each bottle sold?" The twins nodded, Mikayla and Avery agreed on the terms before Fred and George led them to the till.

"So, Verity has organised the till for us, as you can see, the buttons are split into the six sections and in alphabetical order." Mikayla took in the buttons, "so you press subtotal, and then you fill in how many galleons you were given by typing in the number and pressing G, and so on with 'S' for Sickles and 'K' for Knuts." George does a demonstration for the girls to show the girls exactly how it works. "We'll have Verity add Carra Curatio to the till tomorrow, she's very tech-savvy." "So now we have to organise what days you'll be working and what hours you will be doing." Fred explains pulling out a calendar opening it up onto July.

"So we'll have you work from 11:00-16:00 on the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and then..." George starts filling in the calendar, "same hours for the 11th, 12th, 13th, 15th, 16th, 17th." Fred points out the dates, Mikayla scribbled down their schedule. "Ok so 13:30-18:30 on the 19th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 27th, 28th and the 29th." George finishes filling in the month, flipping the page to August "12:00-17:00 on 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 12th, 15th" Fred plans, "13:00- 18:00 on 17th, 18th, 19th, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, and finally the 29th." Mikayla smiles at the boys plans as the fit perfectly with her schedule. "Happy?" "Ecstatic!" The two girls smile wrapping the twins in a hug, Mikayla sneaks Fred a kiss on the cheek.
