The foursomes' last exam was History of Magic, they entered the Great Hall at two in the afternoon and took their seats. The blank side of the examination in front of them was rather intimidating. Mikayla sat there with her hands in her lap, her leg bouncing fast. "Turn over your papers," Professor Marchbanks directed loudly, turning over the large hourglass. "You may begin..."

Mikayla read question four, In you opinion, did wand legislation contribute to, or lead to better control of goblin riots of the eighteenth century? Mikayla stared at the question, for a second, trying to think how to tackle a subject that has been argued by wizards for centuries, she decided that her honesty is the only direction she should go, as she can't please everyone. She made her points,

Question Four
The clause of the Code of Wand Use was probably written as a consequence of the Goblin Rebellion of 1612, a bloody and vicious revolution that occurred in Hogsmeade Village. I believe this law was one of the causes that contributed to the later of the eighteenth century, given the anger expressed by some goblins, about wizards denying goblins the right to use wands. Personally, I believe that this Law should've been altered to every non-human creatures should be assessed individual and then allow the Head of the Department of the Regulation and Control Magical Creatures would choose who they believe should be wandless. Just like how wizards worthiness would revert back to their percentage of magical blood, which in the end doesn't matter, as many muggleborns have shown great power compared to pure/half-blood wizards, I believe that all creatures shouldn't be stereotyped dangerous due to their fellow creatures, all life should be valued and all human-like life should be treated equally. I think if wizards/witches were more accepting of other creatures, such as Goblins, there would be a lot less rebellions/wars, or fighting for rights.

Mikayla could feel a smile tug on her face as she read question ten, a) Describe the circumstances that led to the formation of the International Confederation of Wizards and b) explain why the warlocks of Liechtenstein refused to join. She had help Harry study this question after breakfast, because he couldn't remember why Liechtenstein refused to join.

Question 10
A) The International Confederation of Wizards formed to unite the Magical community all around the world.
B) The first appointed Supreme Mugwump of the International Confederation of Wizards was Pierre Bonaccord. Bonaccord wanted to ban troll-hunting and grant rights to trolls, possibly granting them full "being" status as opposed to them being classified as "beasts". However, a tribe of Mountain Trolls had been causing a lot of trouble in Liechtenstein, so their wizarding community contested Bonaccord's appointment, and refused to join the Confederation as a result.

Thirty minutes into the examination, Mikayla felt she was performing more successfully than she anticipated. Mikayla was deep into writing a paragraph on maybe the 12th question when her concentration broke by a painful yelling in the room. Like the rest of the room, she looked up from her paper toward the sound. Where Harry was sitting, an empty chair sat and people gathered.  "Harry?" Mikayla jumped up from her seat and weaved in between the desks toward him. Professor Tofty was hurriedly approaching him as well. Harry was on the floor, clutching his head, yelling in pain. Mikayla pushed her way through the people who were surrounding him, Hermione following close behind her. They were on the ground next to him, Mikayla instinctly wrapped the upset boy in her arms, whilst Hermione told everyone to stand back and give him space. Mikayla held Harry's shoulders, making him look up at her, as she told him that he'll be ok, and to breathe. He took a handful of shaky breaths, slowly calming down making Mikayla send him a smile, "excuse me, excuse me!" Professor Tofty forced himself through the students. "Return to your seats!" He demanded. Some of the students backed away.

Harry was now laying flat on his back, breathing heavily. "Mr. Potter, are you alright?" Tofty asked, Harry said nothing, he just stared at the ceiling. "C'mon my boy," He said, trying to get Harry on his feet. "Let's go," Mikayla stood back up but didn't move from her spot. She watched Harry as he shuffled out of the Great Hall. He obviously saw something, but Mikayla could question him on anything as she was in an exam and she wouldn't want to overwhelm him either. "Miss Black! Return to your seat immediately!" Marchbanks called from the front of the room, Mikayla looked up at her nodded sadly, before she went to her seat. Mikayla continued her exam, answering all her question as quickly as she could, she had picked up Harry's Quill and she was going to try see what he saw that made him scream. She re-read her exam, making sure her spellings and dates are correct, Tofty arrived back near the end of the exam. Mikayla tried but she didn't get a vision off Harry's quill except the answer Harry was writing when it happened. Mikayla watched the sand slowly fall out of the massive hourglass, she tried to keep her leg from bouncing and her hand from drumming on the desk. Mikayla felt eyes on her, she looked around to see Draco Malfoy quickly looking away from her, she tilted her head in confusion, before returning to watching the front of the Hall.

Mikayla got a random stinging pain in her arm and hip, she groaned pain as she cradled the arm, waiting for, "Quills down, the exam is now over." Mikayla handed Tofty, her exam, she went running out of the room once she collected her things, Mikayla rushed to a nearby girls' bathroom. She revealed her arm to see nothing out of the ordinary, she pulled up her jumper and shirt revealing her hip and seeing that nothing looked wrong. Mikayla got a horrible gut feeling as she left the bathroom, rushing back to the marble stairs, "where's Mikayla?" Harry questioned, "right here." "Where have you been?" Ron questioned but Mikayla didn't answer him as Harry spoke quickly, "Come with me, come on, I've got to tell you something." Harry led them along the first corridor searching the floor for an empty classroom, once he found one, he pulled them into the room. He closed the door behind Hermione, he leaned against it, facing them, "Voldemort's got Sirius."
