Chapter 13 [Principle]

There are lots of housemaids inside their household. Kung susumahin ay lalampas ito sa dalawampu, hindi pa kasama ang mga security guards at ibang tauhan sa maintenance. We also have maids but it isn't this many.

Diego toured ne around their house, unang beses ko kasing mapunta rito at bighaning-bighani ako sa mga nakikita.

"Some of the furnitures were shipped from abroad so..." aniya bago ituro ang ilang furnitures na base sa aking obserbasyon ay gawa pa sa tigerwood gaya ng dining table.

"I didn't know you're this rich." ang dami kong pwedeng sabihin ngunit iyon lang ang tangi kong nasambit.

"We're not rich." depensa naman niya dahilan kung bakit natawa na lamang ako.

Even their camelback sofa made of fine leather and their carpet, every freaking piece of furniture, fixture, and appliance all seemed to be bought from high end stores or even international.

"Yeah, you're hella rich."

Nang marating namin ang kanilang garden ay una kong natanaw ang malawak na infinity pool. Their garden is obviously bigger than what we have at home. Mapapa-sana all ka nalang sis.

"Cody, where are you buddy?!" Diego yelled to command something.

At hindi nagtagal ay nakita ko ang kumakaripas na asong patungo sa kinaroroonan namin. Pinaghalong kulay itim at abo ang kulay ng aso, pinagmasdan ko itong tinalunan ang kanyang amo, tuwang-tuwa.

"Good dog..." he petted it as he ordered the dog to sit on the ground. Nang sumunod ito ay saka niya ako binigyan ng senyas.

Lumapit ako sa kanila at saka nag-squat. While the dog is calm, I took that opportunity to physically check Cody. I tried to pet him and he willingly obliged.

"Obviously, kulang siya sa timbang base sa edad niya. I might need to bring him to the clinic so that we could further check him." payo ko kay Diego nang matapos kong suriin ang kanyang alagang aso.

"Alright. I'll probably schedule it as soon as my schedule clears up.." aniya.

I stayed for an hour at their household. Pinilit rin kasi akong kumain ni Diego bilang pasasalamat sa pag-unlak ko ngayong araw. Nasa living room kami pareho at hinihintay ko nalang maubos ang iniinom kong espresso nang umilaw ang screen ng cellphone ko.

"Aren't you gonna answer that?" puna ni Diego nang mapansin niya rin ang paningin ko roon.

That was Blade calling and I have already ignored it twice. I don't even know why am I ignoring him for the past hours, simula nang aksidente kaming magkita kanina ay iba na ang inaakto ko.

"That must be... important.. you can go ahead and answer that, Harper." dagdag pa ni Diego upang kumbinsihin akong sagutin ang tawag.

I bit my lower lip and agreed to answer the call. Bakit ba kasi tumatawag itong boyfriend ko? Kakakita lang namin kanina, miss na niya agad ako? Hays, ang hirap talagang maging sobrang ganda.

"Alright, give me one second.." I sighed and picked up my phone. I stood up and walked a few meters away from the living room before sliding the answer button.

"Baby boy speaking..." bungad ko, akala mo nasa call center lang.

I heard Blade cleared his throat softly, even his breathing. I couldn't help but remember his moans the other day. Shit.

"Are you gonna stay there the whole day?" tanong niya namang hindi ko naintindihan.

I tried to process his question or if there was even another meaning behind it but I found none. Hindi ko mapigilang magulumihanan.
