Halloween on the Nemesis

Megatron growled at yet another vehicon in his bad mood, his glare making every other mech run away.
He had received the news that the Autobots had stolen yet another mine and wasn't dealing with it very well.
He ignored Starscream as he stomped past, making the femme legged con anxious.

Megatron carried on down the hall until he reached a large section crowded with cobwebs and spiders, his tanks churned at the sight of the massive mess.
He stared at it for a few minutes, trying to figure out to get around it before remembering who he was.
Megatron lifted his cannon and was about to fire when I sudden voice came from the vents.
"Please don't! I spent a long time making that..."

The Warlord spun snarling,
"Who are you-" He froze at the sight of an energon covered Knockout.
"Knockout, What are you doing?" He snarled at the mech, slightly confused at his lack of horror for his paint job.
"You don't know?" Knockout said curiously.
Megatron growled and fired at the cobwebs angrily. Knockout flinched and climbed out the vents.
"Soundwave uses these." Was all he said, making Megatron double-take for a second.

"Knockout, if you don't explain right now-" He didn't finish, letting the silence carry on his threat.
"Today there's a human holiday called Halloween!" Knockout replied happily, clasping energon stained servos together.
Megatron narrowed his optics at the Medic, scanning him curiously.
"Are you ill?" He said after some consideration, deciding that the medic had gone mad.

"N-No?" Knockout replied, obviously shocked.
Megatron wasn't satisfied.
"Then what have you done to yourself." He said simply, enjoying the fearful look the mech gave him.
"Uh. I- dressed up?" Knockout said slowly, stepping back and jumping into the vents once again.

Megatron's mind reeled, his rage disappearing in a second as he witnessed Soundwave climbing out a vent as if it didn't matter.
"Soundwave! What are you doing?"
The silent mech stiffened and looked at Megatron strangely, his help tilting to the side.
It was only then the warlord noticed the energon that stained his Tic.
"Are you hurt?" He questioned hoping for a better answer that Knockouts.
Soundwave shook his helm and got back into the vents silently.

Megatron stared in slight terror as his Tic disappeared.
He hated to admit it but this was actually quite terrifying.

A tentacle tapped his shoulder and he spun in fright, jumping as Soundwave stood behind him.
"Soundwave?"
The mech was standing as normal, no energon stained armour.
"I just saw you leave... Via a vent..." The mech stiffened and looked at the vent by Megatron's feet.
"What is happening today..." Megatron shook his head and started walking the way he came, motioning for Soundwave to join him.

After only a few minutes they ran into Knockout who looked downright terrified.
"Knockout! Explain your actions!" Megatron roared, grabbing the mech by his neck cables.
"L-Lord Megatron- I don't f-follow!" Knockout struggled out.
"The last I saw you, you were covered in Energon, in a vent and not caring for either!" Megatron roared in Knockouts face.
"Not to mention you told me Soundwave took the vents!"

Knockout looked even more terrified at this.
"I- I never d-did that?" He choked out, Megatron dropped him and growled.
"Lord Megatron, if I may, I did in fact see Soundwave come out a vent earlier..."
Soundwave stiffened again, staring at Knockout who shifted uneasily.
"So did I..." A familiar voice sounded behind Megatron.
The three spun again to see Starscream stood there.

Soundwave pointed at Starscream then a vent opening, indicating he had seen Starscream.
"We all saw Soundwave leave and enter a vent, I saw Knockout, and Soundwave saw Starscream..." Megatron said thoughtfully.
Soundwave looked between the three mechs, obviously scanning them.
"This is very strange, especially because of the fact that it is a human holiday called Halloween today." Knockout said slowly.
