♠️For a different future II♠️

So, in the first part we looked at a few instances that described some general hardships of a student's life.

Now, after discussing points like—

• Unnecessary questions create impacts on a student's mindset and self-esteem

• Apart from the most chosen, overrated options there are no other occupational fields to explore.

• Not everyone fits into the same positional and organisational frame.

• Increase in competition increases the chances of failure for most.

—I have now brought some new and interestingly relatable insights.

Let's start with talking about the parameters that have been set up for each youngster.

One of the major parameters is Academics.

Where your child has to be one of the top scorers, if not then must get above 75% or is termed as mischievous, distracted and even a failure.

Academic scores have been put up on such a height that it's hard for those to reach who barely take interest in it.

Any talent other than academic intelligence is attended to way less than its worth. They are so underrated that no youngster is confident enough to talk about pursuing it openly and honestly.

Next coming on to the fact that this is another reason why students aren't able to do their best in whatever field they've been forced to pursue.

Interest and appropriate skills are necessary to be found built-in for anybody pursuing a particular subject or occupational field.

While lack of interest serves as a lack of purpose or motivation which is again a must for the pursuer to perform well.

Lack of skills and knowledge about the field results in reduction in confidence and self-esteem. Which are very important to successfully sail through any exams, Interviews and even general hardships.

Instead, if one gets to pursue what they are better at, they can perform way better. The individual has the motivation and dedication to make the best out of their time, energy and opportunities.

Because of course, if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it's a failure.

Hopping into the next issue is kind of easy after analysing all these factors.

→Assuming options as needless to explore.

Every stream available in the schools of our country serve as a base for at least more than twenty separate occupational fields. How many of them are widely known?

Or even explored by the students?

The students aren't even encouraged to explore their options, let alone getting help to know more about these fields. What is done is that the elderlies make a decision according to their priorities, their thoughts, beliefs and expect the youngsters to blindly follow.

Many of the students don't even find an occupation that suits their mindset and skills just because they do not know what options are available out there.

With these few messages I'd like to sum up my article with the message that forcing any ideas on the new generation won't help them grow, letting them explore and find out a little bit on their own is a step towards a brighter future.

Hope you enjoyed reading. Thank you!
